Curious why you show mainly the face for almost all of them and not the body, yet a full view of the Warhammer one. Seems a bit biased.
Regardless, Dead Space has the best armor. I mean it's an ENGINEERING suit that's in the same league as their COMBAT suits. How much more awesome do you need from that?

I don't think Dead Space, Stormtroopers or Gears wear powered armour, if we're saying that powered means 'assisted movement'. I guess they have life support systems which use power but that's different, I think.
Gotta be Space Marines for power armour, followed by DeadSpace if we include regular armour.

40k Space Marines are like other Space Marines, but bigger, harder, and covered in skulls and bling.

All of these are great choices, and I'm definitely partial to Commander Shepard's armor.
But come on. Star Wars Stormtroopers are iconic. They've definitely got the most recognizable armor on this entire list, hands down.

And their armor is a very symbol of one of the most popular stories in the world.

Warhammer 40k is my Favorite by far, at least of the options given.
but I've got to agree with Spartacus, the armor from Starship Troopers (the book) is the best and coolest I've ever heard of (it also doesn't hurt that it inspirded all these modern versons of powerarmor)
