I havent beaten ES4O yet because I'm having too much fun in the arena, I've only ever restarted either FO3 or ES4O because they both crashed...multiple times

I've had this for years. Its why I quit playing WoW. I would just restart a character when I got bored with it. Played for 2 years and never got past lvl 40.

Lol nice effects, very cool.

Huh..... Ive had 2 people say there not voting because of exclamation points. Why does it offend you so much?
Because they look stupid, and they make you look stupid - especially if you use more than one.
Havnt you answered this question twice?

The only time I've ever done that was after I finished the Fallout 3 main quest, and after I made a terrible looking character and got it through the tutorial(I was just making sure the game wouldn't crash, it was just after I had bought it.)

Oh also I did that a bunch of times in Oblivion because I wanted to try all the default classes and races.

EDIT: Also terrible poll, I shall not answer it.

I might have an evolved strain of this virus.

I have Oblivion for the PC and 360. Finished everything. On both. (Yes, everything. All questlines, sub-quests, unmarked stuff, unique items of all kinds.

I have Fallout 3 for the PC and 360. On the 360, I have all DLCs and have done everything, including all random events, all obtainable unique weapons, all locations, all unmarked quests etc. On the PC, I've modded it with unrestrained vigour, and am in the process of doing more of the same. I also have all DLC bar The Pitt.

While I haven't restarted a game to change stats (I tend to just make a new character and continue both files), and I've never restarted due to losing a beloved NPC (due to my overzealous saving habits), I believe I'm addicted.

Uh, just get the PC version, you can use the console to edit that stuff if it really bugs you that much, especially if it's keeping you from actually playing the game.
Winner is you. And me, since I do the same thing. I like being able to set my own rules in games.

"Wait, I can't go higher than level 20 in fallout 3? Crap, I didn't know that. My swift learner perks are useless now. Hmm...I have an idea."

Code:
player.setlevel 19
No more level cap =D

I have restarted my game because an NPC I cared for died. (F3)
You know there's an option to load a previously saved game, right? Couldn't you have loaded a game from 10-20 minutes previously or something?

Also, you get to create your character, then change anything you want when you reach the end of the first dungeon/vault. If you've restarted several times already with this option open to you, chances are you'll never have a character you're 100% happy with.

I haven't beaten neither Morrowind nor Oblivion.

And it's been years since I bought either of them.

I'm so screwed.

My case of Bethesda Syndrome includes a particular tweak that prevents me from designing my first character in any game correctly. I always play for maybe four hours before I realize I poured all my points into the totally wrong stats, and then restart.
Basically this. I always make a first character however I think I'll want to play. Then I find out that there are other skills or magical doohickeys that I suck with but are far more useful and effective. So I create a new character to try and take advantage of my new found knowledge.

However, I never have the patience to play through anything by Bethesda because it's always far more restrictive than playing D&D with my friends. I have yet to find a game that truly provides as much freedom and depth as tabletop games.

Sounds like you're sick with commitment issues.

To be honest all of my Characters are named Cody Lawler, all are pale white blonde haired blue eyed and as damn close to matching my looks as possible.

And they are all sneaky and good with lockpicking fighting and chatting people up.

My fallout three characters the best Hundred points to small guns science and lockpicking, ninetyfive with speech and stealth with everything else high seventies to low eighties, except heavy weapons, energy, and bartering, Why buy when you can steal eh?

Well, I haven't finished Oblivion, but that's just because I have GADD (Gamers Attention Deficit Disorder) as well as NEGT (Not Enough Gaming Time)

I'm only at the part of the Main Quest where you have to give Martin some Daedric crap.

However, I'm Master in Alch, Expert in like, 10 skills, Journeyman in several, and Apprentice in pretty much all the rest.

Nope. Never restarted the game, stuck with the same character for both games, finished oblivion months ago, finish fallout and all DLCs a few days ago. I think im safe or immune. Then again does it mean the people who never bothered with the games are naturally immune?
Either immune or not in close contact with infected persons.
You can use a cheat to bring up the chargen menu to change your character's appearance. I rarely make new characters as I end up changing appearance and attributes to fit my mood. I avoid making uber powerful characters of course but yes it is cheating.
