Why not? We're already objects. Why deny our breasts to video games?
Men will have unrealistic and high standards with or without the eye-candy in their games. It will change nothing.

The woman's body isn't controversial anymore, or shouldn't be, especially by now by the way it's shown nowadays.
Hell. It might stimulate the economy as well.

you don't even need a id for unrated movies. they could be hardcore porn for all we know. yet you need a id for r movies and m rated games. back on topic i don't see the harm in it.

First God of War, and Godfather 2 both had visible breasts. They just are not as common I guess, but not unseen.

If it weren't for the 17 age limit, I think some developers would have already done it.
That is an understatement. If they could, we'd have as many porno and dating sims as we do shooters and RPGs. Why? Sex = Money. If the sex boundary ever gets broken in the States, you better believe there will be a million crappy games like Onechanbara: Bikini Samurai Squad scheduled for release by the next year.
and rapelay HA

why does it seem the source of this is from Japan......
I just looked up rapelay and uhhh...wow. I don't think the ESRB or government would let that game be released. I can see protests that are a hundred times worse for a game like that. It might be released as a digital download but never on shelves. I would like to play it once. You know just to see what its like to play. No other reason......

In GTA IV: The Lost & Damned there is brief part were you get to see an uncovered dick, and they got away with an M rating.

I find it odd that most people I know who care about breasts in their M games are young teens. The above 17 don't give a damn.

I like how you said "stimulate the economy". Need to be more careful in that aspect.

Back in the day, this is where all the real men hung out.

Lots of games have exposed breasts like The Godfather 2, GoW and Duke Nukem. It's nothing new though a lot of developers will do it just to get some cheap praise from your average horny gamers.

If there is an actual point to showing the breasts in the game then it should be allowed.
hang on when did GOW expose tits i played through both like 70 times so either your trying to lie to prove your point or your an idoit.....
EDIT: sorry thought you were talking about Gears of War my bad

Honestly, I can't think of why not. I mean, we're not 9 anymore, the mere thought of breasts does not send us into uncontrollable laughter. You would think that society would not have a problem with this particular content in games marketed to the over 18's. I mean, I can understand why people would think it over and decide against it, that reason being the fact that children, and small children, are inevitably going to get their hands on them. But really, is it any different from any other "unsuitable" content in "M" games?

Okay R and M mean the same thing 18 and older, But diffrence is you can see boobs in R movies, Now im know what your ganna say, Xbox and stuff is at home children can play it and stuff, But what about DVDs they can watch there dads dvd and still see breats. So what diffrence does it make? Now im not saying you need to run around as a striper and rubbing your breasts on everyone but some in game scences should be allowed to have them.

So whats your say on this. I agree yes VOTE PLEASE. If you say no provide a valid argument
Wrong.

M means recommended to ages 17 and up, but an adult can buy it for a minor if they have custody & give permission (unless it's against the store policy).
AO means adults only. 18+

R means recommended to ages 17 and up, or anyone 16 or younger w/ an accompanying adult (18+) at least 3 years older than the minor.
NC-17 means only ages 17 and up.

The diff is there are no laws for video game ratings being sold to minors. they're only rough guidelines. It's against the law for a theater to have policies to allow minors into R movies w/o adult supervision; or to allow them into NC-17 at all.

There isn't really that much more nudity in movies than in games. But generally, there's a lot more violence in games than in movies.

Seconded.

I am highly disturbed someone of my sex would say we shouldn't care if women are objectified because it will change nothing....
I guess with that attitude it's probably true.
