Poll: Breasts in R movies but not in M games?

Do I believe the exposure of breasts should be allowed? Yes.
Do I believe the experience would enhance most games? No.

Further questions to ponder:
Why are naked women much more likely to appear in films than nude men?
And why do I keep seeing breasts referred to as "bewbs" in this thread?

I think they SHOULD be allowed. But I know that if they do then all the video game companies will just use it as another stupid crutch to sell bad games that have no substance short of shock value.

I don't see how that would make any game any better. It certainly doesn't make any movie any better. Just because people may have seen or done things already doesn't mean society needs to encourage it by making nudity more available.

Now thing is im not saying you need to make it an epic boob fest but it would lighten up the charectars a little bit think about this, The charectar has gone threw a damn zombie appocolapse and wants a little brake which show breasts, NO! Edit: Also i think if the player doesnt want boobs he doesnt need them, in the begining of the game it should say there is breasts fetured in this game press no if you want the scene not to be shown or something like that you dont need to completly remove it for people who wan to see it,

R rated movies can only show breasts briefly and they rarely do it. Games could do this, although I don't see why it would ever be necessary to do it for a game, but extended boobage should net it an Adult only rating, just like in movies.

Lots of games have exposed breasts like The Godfather 2, GoW and Duke Nukem. It's nothing new though a lot of developers will do it just to get some cheap praise from your average horny gamers.

If there is an actual point to showing the breasts in the game then it should be allowed.

If memory serves there HAVE been games in which breasts are exposed. Biggest example is God of War. The infamous Sex minigames, plus almost every female enemy you face. GTA 4 if you count the strippers with the little bit of tape. BMX XXX is a good example as well.

I think the question is not "Should there be breasts in games," but "Should there be breasts in MORE games?"

Another horrible game with tons of boobs for no reason is The Guy Game. I have not personally played a game that needed boobs for the story or to make the game any better. I seems the only reason developers put nudity in a game is to try to get the horny teens dollars.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but aren't the US powers that be ridiculously uptight about nudity anyway? I've only heard this anecdotally, but some friends that live in America have joked that a woman can walk completely naked down the street and not get arrested as long as she has her nipples covered.

Again, this may be a load of crap but I'd be interested to know.

She can walk down the street completely topless as long as she is topless to protest something like the fact that she can't be topless in public. That's protected by free speech.

I think they should be allowed also, but there is a time and place for such things. And I wouldn't want have them shoved in my face when I'm trying to enjoy a good game, when its completely irrelevant. I'm tempted to bring up Mass Effect. It didn't have any real nudity in it. the videogame industry is just now getting its foothold in the media.

Yes you have a point like i said your not running around naked i mean like a breif sequence, Now i also heard about the mass effect sex thing and people were getting worked up because a little peace where they showed the ladys tooche, What EVERYONE knows they have an ass and if you are afraid to see another one you should be locked up in a box

I love boobs every minute of the day but I think that only AO (adult only) rated games should have breasts to help keep them tasteful, away from young gamers, and to increase the number of AO games and the demand for them. For now I'm happy with the blood, guns, and bad words in games. I'm okay with side boobs and talk of it but seeing should be one step higher above the rest.
