Who would want to invaide this country anyway? What would you want it for? Most foreigners complain when its below 30oC its considered not to bad here if its above 15 would they want our vast resources of rain and freezing atlantic winds?

Well in his defence he invaded in June, but unfortunately that didn't leave them enough time to break the Soviet defences before the winter went in. If he had attacked earlier in the spring though, as he had originally intended, things might have gone down a bit differently...

England is invulnerable to invasion for the sheer fact that an invasion isn't needed. All you would need to do is set up a naval blockade around England. Tough feat for any one country (since England has prepared for this) but if ALL the nations were in on this then England would fall. One on One, it would be a tough call. Japan or the US would be able to do it if anyone.

Of course you could invade England you`d just fail miserably due to our considerable military might and perhaps more importantly our high profile allies

Britain's military is good. Training and tech are pretty close to the US (share a lot of things) but US just has more.

The only uninvadeable countries are Russia and Canada. Napoleon and Hitler got the shit kicked out of them trying to invade Russia, and when the US attacked Canada in the War of 1812, they lost and the Canadians burned down the White House.

You forgot Greenland. It's 836,000 sq mi of ice and snow. I doubt anyone even wants to invade that.

England could very easily be invaded. in honesty we dont actually have that many troops at our command, a big country with a much larger army could invade, people seem to think England is this big fortress with massive technology which no other world apart from america can match...truth is somewhat different really. the problem is once a suitably large force arrived on our door step we would be forced to surrender to save lives.

only thing is....mobalizing a large armed force without notice of the other world nations is now impossible...so an invasian of england would need to be accepted by the UN

Our country has few resources, a lot less political power than we like to think we have. You would kill most of our well trained armed forces taking the island, so that is out and in today's climate, potato farmers in Peru have nukes. Not to mention that by destroying England you have the potential to cause one of the worst financial crisis for a long time, by destroying our stock market
