Poll: Do men actually think about sex every other minute?

Nope, I don't. And I don't really talk about sex either, yeah we talk about things but not really about sex, I just don't care abut it.

If I think about sex, I usually distract myself to other more interesting things (self control woot!?). I am not interested at all in having sex, or sexual contact. But I am an error or nature to begin with so...

Answer no, also, by men I hope you don't think that every men thinks always about sex. There are these A-sexuals you know.

Long Answer: No, my thoughts are more often focused on making money and otherwise succeeding from my family, as we do not get along very well when we are forced to be around each other for prolonged periods of time. I also think more on gaming then on sex.

I also need money before I could possibly have a girlfriend. Damn this lousy economy.

Well, being a 17 year old male (17 being the age males are most sexually driven by hormones (the internet told me so a long time ago double parenthesis ftw)) this is the experience I have had. I surely cannot speak for my entire gender though.

Although I am inclined to believe they will all mostly agree.

Yeah... As a man, I can say the most I ever think about sex is when I'm in a strip club. And even then, about once every 5 minutes. So sure men think about sex ever other minute, if they are surrounded by beautiful naked women. Other than that.... Probably less than 10 times a day.

yep; one way or the other, consciously or sub-consciously, we are thinking about sex in someway pretty much all the time. of course, women like being lied to about what a man actually thinks so few here are going to admit it.

its just hardcoded into our tiny monkey brains; if we dont think about sex constantly, we might end up like pandas! its just a little adaptation to keep us from losing interest in propagating the species.

Any evidence you can offer us? Or is that just an opinion you've formed based on hearsay?

No, they don't. But it does take less than a minute for them to /want/ sex. From flaccid and hiding to stiff as steel in under 60 seconds.

we all think about sex, its written in to our genetics to procreate. every minute? no. often? yes. tend not to talk about it very much though

I think it could be more true of guys going through puberty, but older teens / adults, I very much doubt it.

I agree its a private matter so yeah we shouldnt always talk about it (already contradicting myself) but i think about it when ever im not busy.

I'm bisexual even for gods sake, so surely if we think about sex every minute - that would mean working by that logic I look at EVERY person and think of sex - so every 30seconds!
Of course I do not! If a man does literally think like that they're either a virgin in dire need of getting laid, or just so pathetic they deserve a very hard slap to the face and get them to wake up to reality.

That said I do know way too many men talk about it way more than seemingly intellectually possible but then again I call those men pervs and weirdos and avoid them completely.
