Poll: Do you like Halo 3?

Halo is a fun game to play (in multiplayer), what I always detested was that perfect 10s were given to it without a moments hesitation. The fact that such an average game was receiving so much ill-deserved praise just filled me with hate.

The multiplayer is good, but as always, is let down by the 'lively' Xbox Live community. Halo seems to have been hit the worst by this XD.

I lothe the story, but the gameplay and online play (forge FTW) more than make up fore it. Also, I love using the spartan laser just blowing up random wraiths and mongooses.

Single player was pretty good, but not really replayable. When my friend hosted a Halo 3 party after getting it on release day I stayed over with another friend (host went to sleep) and finished it around 6 AM.

I do enjoy playing halo 3 but I won't play that much of it. Right now when I play it I only play forge on sandbox with a few mates.

I eagerly await the hopeless and no doubt shitty PC port for Halo 3. The multiplayer is all I need, I enjoy it immensely as it's the most refined out of the 3 games. Has a fun and balanced multiplayer, and I could care less about the douchebags online because thats why mute was invented, and thankfully Halo isn't really one of those games that requires attention to sound like say Counter strike.

I have only played it once and it seemed identical to Halo 1 and 2.

I don't like it, but I don't hate it either. Unless I'm just coming off a bender of Team Fortress 2, in which case it sucks a big, fat cocksicle.

I like Halo 3, the Campaign is fun, the multiplayer is great to a point. The biggest issue I have with Halo 3 is that the playlists keep changing around all the time in their availability. One week you're able to play 8 vs 8 and then the next you are not. It can be frustrating when your friends plan to play a certain playlist and it's not there. Also, some playlists should be around all the time. It's kind of ridiculous. I don't know if it's a server thing that they can't support many playlists but you should really get all the options all the time or else what are we paying for? It feels like an MMORPG sometimes because it seems you're always forced to pay for something new when new maps come out. That is what I hate but I do like the game.

My name is Droids_Rule, and I enjoy Halo 3.

I don't consider it the best game in the history of gaming. I play many other games as well, many more often than I've played Halo 3.

The storyline left me disappointed in it's lack of any of the 'awesome' that one would have expected after the kickass marketing campaign, and the single-player was pretty easy even on Legendary.

The multiplayer can get redundant and I don't generally find it enjoyable for Ranked play, at least not for extended periods of time.

But there is something innately and ludicrously fun about hopping in a private game with your buddies and over a dozen other people on some extremely imaginative and awesome map and game mode created by the community. Game modes like Big Team Battle are also enjoyably hectic.

The game aint perfect, but I like it.

it really depends on the context. I can't sit down and stay up all night riveted to the multiplayer and havent heard good things about online (which I admittedly haven't personally experienced). But few things are more fun for me than chilling at my friends house with 14 other people playing an 8v8 match of pirates (for those that don't know, pirates is when you play on Sandtrap, team deathmatch, swords and pistols. both teams claim one of the elephants, and the rest of the game is trying to board/capsize the other elephant.) All in all a good but far overrated game.

It's pretty good. Most people LOATH it so much because of all the "undeserved" praise and popularity it gets while only being a slighty above average shooter.

I love it. But hate the fact that all the little kids that do play always have the shittiest connection ever. Its so bad it makes the host lag to death. Then there are the "Gangstas" that play and always talk shit like, "*N word* shut teh *f word* up you nub, I'll *f word* your team up anyday."

It's really annoying. I just play. Oh and I am a montage kid, But more the kind that likes to play. Not just to get clips.

It was over-hyped in the extreme, and it didn't live up to the expectations it made. It wasn't that amazing, but it does make everything else look a little better. However, it makes you lose faith in humanity, because it has so many fan boys.
