Poll: Do you make your bed? Why?

Yeah, unless there's someone coming over, it's a complete waste of time. There's no point. As such, the only time I make my bed is when friends come over to my small little dorm room and will sit on the bed to watch a movie. No one wants to sit on my sheets.

I don't make my bed. i live in a loft and the only people that see it are the people that make it the mess it is. I don't recall when i last changed the sheets but it doesnt really matter to me. I only change them to put on any new bed covers. Got Bart Simpson on right now, taking care of me. (no homo)

The first thing I do when I go to someone's house is see if they've made their bed. If they haven't, I'm out of there!

Lol, but really.. I make my bed about 4-7 days of the week. Not every day because sometimes I'm in more of a rush in the mornings than others.

I like my sheets to be organized. I generally kick in my sleep so if i don't make the bed i have to spend ten or so minutes taking the sheets off and arranging them the way i like them. I'm tired when i go to bed and i don't want to put up with that crap so i make it after i get out of bed in the morning.

Its about comfort for me, not someone making fun of me for a messy bed.

In general, I just shake the comforter and spread it over the bed, cause it makes it fluffier.

Like once every 2 weeks when my mom changes the sheats.
I really don`t see the point in it..i mean..i sleep about 4 hours out of 24..2 at night and 2 after school. And I can always crash for a few seconds just for the fun of it.

Sure, maybe it looks kinda nice, but I'm the only one who ever spends more than 5 minutes at a time in my room.

Besides, my cat wouldn't be able to crawl in under the covers as easily if I made the bed.

I always make my bed when I wake up, I think it's a good clean habit.

That and I have OCD so it takes about twenty minutes each day to get it how my brain wants.

I never make my bed, I just don't see the point. If I have, err, guests coming over who I know will be going into my room and I care enough about the state of my room to tidy it then I'll probably make the bed. Otherwise, never.

Everyday after I wake up.
I love coming back home after a hard day of school and work, and my bed is nice and pristine and just waiting for me to jump back into its comfort for the night.

I use a blanket and have a fitted sheet over the mattress, I don't need to make it!

Yes, but only if the sheets are really diorganized (i.e. tangles up in a pile on one side of the bed).
