I hear you.D_987 said:Get owned because somebody doesn't want to play as a team on L4D is not fun...planning tactics and executing them is.
You do know that Leroy Jenkins became famous for carefully listening to the team plan, then swiftly ignoring it, charging at enemies like a twat completely disregarding his team and consequently getting them all killed...right?Reeper0278 said:This is like the Leeroy (Leroy?) Jenkins syndrome.
Sounds like you're not a team player. But if you're not, why are you playing a CO-OP game? Let me tell you, mindlessly running at the enemy is NOT fun for everyone, some enjoy teamwork a lot more. And since you don't help them, why would they help you? I think you should be playing with AI, that would suit you more.Reeper0278 said:I mean planned out tactics where some people will get into a little group and do what they do only to curse at someone who messes up.
This may not have happened to you exactly, but these people just get on my nerves when I play L4D. Run-n-gun always works for me, sitting in one spot always made it less fun. But when I ignore their "plan" and am attacked by a special zombie, these guys would refuse to help me, and if I was wounded on the ground, they wouldn't help me up and would continue with their mission. This is like the Leeroy (Leroy?) Jenkins syndrome. Damn, it is annoying when you have military-wannabes playing for "skill" and not for fun.

He was not listening to the plan, he was getting chicken.Caliostro said:You do know that Leroy Jenkins became famous for carefully listening to the team plan, then swiftly ignoring it, charging at enemies like a twat completely disregarding his team and consequently getting them all killed...right?Reeper0278 said:This is like the Leeroy (Leroy?)
