I wear it all the time. I think it's idiotic that something like that is considered as a sign of weakness. Not only is safer, but you can get tickets for not wearing it. (At least in Norway.)

I occasionally let it slip when I'm a passenger while driving with someone I completely trust. If I'm driving or a passenger in a friend's car then I'll always wear one.
you may trust them, but do you trust everyone else on the road? All it takes is one idiot who is drunk in the oncoming lane to stuff up and then you can guess the rest

I've been in 3 rollovers, 2 T-bones, and 4 rear enders...accidents have taught me to always wear that thing, its saved my life a few times...

I wear it all the time, I actually find it hard keeping my back sunk into a nice comfy seat so I find that they are an excellent help.

the only people who dont wear them are kids that think theyre cool until their mum tells them to put it on, and idiots who would rather fly out of their windscreen with the force of a small elephant for the sake of looking cool

Every time it is possible. I would say always, but it's impossible to put a seatbelt on as you're clinging to the end of a trailer as it's slowly being tilted more and more, with your shopping for the meal you were going to make tonight in your other hand.

It was scary as hell.

All the time but I only take it off when I'm approching the ATM because I never can seem to get in the right distance to reach out the window and I drive a truck so it makes it worse.

Yeah course. Real men abide by safety regulations. Like wearing shiny orange vests.

After viewing this commercial about a year ago I started wearing my seatbelt constantly. I usually only wore it when I was with my mom or grandfather, or in my friend's vehicle.

Here is the commercial in question (Don't know how to embed, sorry!): http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nI9_BTm41MI

Note that I am not religious, but the video still hit me hard.

EDIT: Watch the video I linked to. It may change your mind as well.
My family had me wear it when I was a child, now I don't feel right without it and to be frank I look at those who avoid wearing it as children, there's not much point in not wearing it.
