Where I live it is illegal not to wear one, so I do. Also, I make other people in my car wear them at all times. If a passenger doesn't wear one, the driver gets fined!rayne117 said:

The only thing wrong with the video is that the people who didn't wear the belts are still in their seats after hitting a tree, and their bodies are intact. Both of these things are rare for non-seatbelt wearers. I guess there's a limit to the amount of gore you can show on TV though.
There were some pretty epic bus stop ads, involving about a gallon more blood then I thought was allowed.

Where I am it's illegal not to, and as I'm (just) under 21 a seatbelt infringement coupled with anything else will cost me $250+whatever the other infringement costs and my license. Nobody gets a ride with me unless they're wearing their seatbelt, on fear of death (death unrelated to any potential accidents, if I lose my license on account of somebody else being a dick head I will not be impressed, as would be the case if anyone under 18 wasn't wearing it).
Jesus Christ! That's a retarded commercial. I wear my seat belt all the time but it took me 2 $100 tickets to learn my lesson.
I always do mainly for safety and partially because its the law and a ticketable offence. (but mainly for safety)
Anyone who doesn't wear a seatbelt is complete moron. Sorry but there is no arguing this. Even if you are a perfect driver you can still get in accidents caused by other people. Wearing a seatbelt saves your life. I can speak from experience. I would be dead right now without having worn a seatbelt.

All of the time, it's not like it's difficult to do or anything so why not be that little bit more safe.
I remember my Mum telling me when they first brought in seat-belts that everyone refused to put it on, even the taxi drivers refused to drive you anywhere if you had it on.
