I don't care if Skyrim will be buggier and its world overrated. Its dynamic world and massive options for character customization will make it better than anything BioWare can ever hope to make. Even if Beth fails at main quests now *glares at Oblivion and Fallout 3*, it still has a hope of looking at Interplay and Obsidian's styles, and remembering what it did with Daggerfall.
The problem with Bioware's stories and games is... there's only an illusion of choice. They have very little replay value, no matter how fun the character progression/development is. All encounters ultimately go down the same way. Once you've played it once, aside from a few dialogue options, you've already seen and done everything. It's done in 40-120 hours.
Skyrim will never get old. Mods will keep it fresh indefinitely.
Ultimately, though, Skyrim's answer to Dragon Age II is "Fuck you, I'm a Dragonborn"
