Elder Scrolls. Although I'm one of the souls who thinks Morrowind was better than Oblivion, and Oblivion was better than Fallout 3. Fallout 3 was more than worth the money, over 100 hours, but I don't think the guns work well in a Bethesda game. The original Fallouts were great due to the amazing writing, humour and storyline. Bethesda games are generally great because of how massive they are, how much there is to explore, and how much fat loot you can find. Once you find the Terrible Shotgun and the Xuanlong you're pretty much done as far as enhancing weapons, and after that the story doesn't carry it all that far, exploring was fun but everything was exactly the same. Good game, but I'd rather have another Elder Scrolls. There's far more to do, and far more character customization. And Bethesda just does the medieval, less than amazing story, but amazing, varied, massive environment thing better.
