Really? What kind of allies were YOU in the Cold War? We spent all this money making Fallout shelters and you had nuke-proof DOORS to protect you!!! Why weren't we let in on this?

Pretty decent idea (I haven't played Hellgate London), although there are already some mutants in London. They are known as chavs.
