I wish i had ever had a girlfriend so into games that i am, but sadly, no, and i guess you could say it has come between me and some girls, never directly, but often i go home early from their house to play, or something like that, but i constantly try to get them to play my games so we may connect better, but my current girlfriend doesn't want to, not unless it's The sims anyway

it's only ever 'lost' me a girlfriend, it basicaly came down to "at first i was okay with you playing video games, but christ Patrick you're 26! So i'm asking you to stop NOW, i'm sure you can sell your consoles for a good price"

it's not that i value games over people, but i'd only known this woman for 1 month, so her trying to take away a part of my life that i enjoy so much seemed, to me at least, a bit rash and very mean.

There must be a reason for no girl friend but I'm pretty sure that it has nothing to do with gaming.

Well, if all you do is play videogames, I'm not surprised. Put down the controller and partake of some of the real world if thou wishes to get laid.

Meh ive been single for like 3-4 years now
I really hope you aren't trying to complain about that. Try 19 years. I've never really had a girl friend, but gaming has nothing to do with it. Something always happened and it was ruined before it even started, but now I look back at things and how she has changed and how I've changed and realized that it never would have worked out.

Meh, I know some women that would do that anyway, even while the game is being played. Some are just more accepting than others.

I was so into my SF2 when it came out that when this insanely hot girl I'd seen hanging around the arcade came up and started touching my arm and tried to lean on me and watch me play I actually pushed her off and told her to leave me alone. The guys that were standing around me just stared at her like they couldn't believe that she was even acknowledging our kind, and after I shoved her off they looked at me as if I'd just kicked a puppy. I've never been sure what to make of that, hell, I didn't even know her.

Gaming has never come between me and a girl. The reason: Priorities.

A good game is great; a good woman is better.

Side note: Video games have actually worked to draw many of my relationships closer. Modern Warfare turned out to be one of my girlfriends forte.

It's something guys around you keep whining about when they don't have one or don't like their current gf.

Just get a gamer girlfriend bro. They rock!
That's not exactly something easy to accomplish, people deserve achievements for THAT.
