Very pale. Though that's due in part to the fact I have vitiligo and so my body hates tans so much my immune system is ruthlessly and systematically destroying all the pigment in my skin. By middle age I'll probably be entirely albino white.

I've barely been outside for more than a few minutes a day this summer so I'm still pretty white.

I tan easily and do spend time outside every day while at uni. Walking between classes etc.
So combine that with the normal indecisive Auckland winter weather which can change every 10 minutes, I have a mild tan on my forearms, face and neck. Come summer when I will be in shorts, jandals and a t-shirt every chance I have.

I have no tan. I have fair skin, and ever since moving to Texas, just being outside at all has done terrible things to my skin. I tan, but I also get freckles and sun damage like crazy all over my face and shoulders, and my doctor actually warned me to wear sunscreen all the time and avoid the sun.

I really gotta get out of here someday, lol. For my health v:

I'm pale beyond the realms of human understanding. Only my nose ever seems to get a tan, and I'll blame that on its insane size.

I could lay...lie...ligge....I HATE THAT VERB SO MUCH!
I could lay(?) in the snow and I would be impossible to find.

PS: ligge is the Norwegian verb for whatever verb I'm trying to use.
You could lie. You use a different verb depending on the object. The simplest way to think about it people are going to lie down, whereas you lay down an object. The only time you lay a person is with your penis, and that can even be done standing.

I'm so pale that sometimes people ask me if I'm sick.
And I get out in the sun quite often.
Well...are you?

As a ginger, I do not tan. <.< I burn...So I've had sunblock on every time I was outside in the sun. :p

And I am very, very pale. :) I love my pale skin. Though every one at work thinks I'm sickly white. xD

Down under, our Winter is just winding down, so no tan for me. That said, during Summer my skin skips the tan phase and goes right to 'bacon on a frypan' phase, and maybe when my skin heals after that I might have something of a light tan, though not often. Damn British/Irish heritage, doesn't gel with the Australian climate.

Nice and bronzed got few tan marks on my thighs where i've had diff length shorts on. all summer had wife beater top on got tan marks on my chest scar (from hart operation) where i put super sun screen on.

last year in the winter and most of the summer i was working out to lose weight eating right and all that and am proud at what ive accomplished, I have so much more energy and its given at least a +50 to my confidence.

Am in England the summer has been kinda short every nice day we have had ive gone out on my bike or got some guys and girls round up for a kick around and rugby or chill in beer garden

I tan very easily, so yes, I'm pretty tan despite not getting out much this summer.

I am English, what is this sun of which you speak?

Yeah, I'm about as pale as you can get. I'm not too fussed, I don't pull off a tan well. Probably has something to do with all the peeling skin, but there you go.

Sup my pale brothas? Does everyone on the internet have red hair? I have a heavy dose of Irish blood in me, hence I am pale as a ghost (see avatar). If I'm headed out in the sun to play, it's SPF50 time. No cancer for me, thankyou very much.

Off topic: I dislike the term "Ginger". I'm old enough to remember a time before people used it. If I ever meet Matt Stone & Trey Parker, I'm going to punch them in the gut and tell them, "Thanks for making red haired people's lives more annoying."

I can get a very deep tan very quickly like maybe a total of two hours outside. However, it will fade in like three days back to shut-in levels of pale. It's very odd. I assume it has something to do with me having a very strong Sami background as they are the tannest looking people in Scandinavia.
