Interesting, I happen to hold the opposing viewpoint that I would rather a man be dead than a john, I happen to hold your opponents viewpoint that prostitution is bad, although perhaps I hold it for a different reason. If one of my friends committed a low level crime (drugs etc) I wouldn't turn them in as thats what friends are for. However, if one of them committed a serious crime (theft, murder) then I would encourage them to hand themselves in but if they decided to run, I would just ask them to not tell me where they were going so I couldn't turn them in.
