PC gaming is pretty comfy when you have the right chair. I prefer my chair over my bed most of the time.

I can't believe we are at the point in history when people see no problems with being too lazy to sit in a chair.
I like this post a lot.

Honestly, whatever I believe, it is rather strange that people find sitting down in a chair almost like a burden compared to laying down.

Anyways I end up slouching after a bit of time on the computer. Which kind of helps.

Don't forget you can buy xbox 360 controllers for computers, so that really shouldn't be a problem.

Though microsoft like to be awkward so an xbox 360 controller meant for xbox 360s won't work on a computer and vice versa, even though they both use USB sockets.
Interestingly enough, the wireless controller that came with my 360 will work just fine as a wired controller for Windows if I connect it to my PC with a third party play and charge kit I bought from Game.

This is a major reason why I don't like PC gaming, actually. And I have a laptop, but I still prefer gaming on console because it's more comfortable. Just smack yourself down on the couch, and it's done.

All about the proper environment and arrangements of your desk that gives PC gaming an overall edge in terms of comfort.Hell, I can even put my legs up when I game on my PC because I have a desk that supports all sorts of positions. This sounds dirty.

I actually got a repetitive stress injury thanks to a bad desk. My previous desk was an old writing desk never intended for computers, so I ended up using it with bad posture, resulting in an injury in my neck. I upgraded to one with a sliding keyboard tray and a LOT more leg room, and it's made a world of difference. I've still got neck problems, but they aren't nearly as bad as they once were.

Moral of the story? If you're gonna be into PC gaming, get a good desk and chair. It's worth the investment, considering you'll be spending a LOT of time with them.

Could it be your chair? My chair at the desk is great, I think all chairs now have adjustable features, how much tilt, height, swivel, etc. It could be just your chair that's causing problems.

I'm quite used to my ps3 gaming couch-roosting that after about 3 hours in a chair playing bioshock or something, my back hurts. But I just take more breaks and it's fine, where I can I buy games for console, it's just that some things are so much cheaper on steam that you have to get PC
