Actually, how do you do that? My Xbox 360 controller is wireless so is there anyway to still connect to the PC? And if so, do I need anything like a special cable or something?Richard Groovy Pants said:Little known fact:Mindex said:one of the reasons i prefer the Console is because, pretty much my PC sucks. I cant deny that the ability to map controls to PC Games makes sense, but in my point of view, i feel that console controls are much more fluid because im not scrambling around my keyboard hitting buttons or constantly making room for my mouse.
You can use your Xbox controller on the PC.
Actually, it's not little or anything, people just tend to dismiss it so they can somehow validate that as a point towards consoles.
So poignant too.Richard Groovy Pants said:I own it for the PC, as it should be.
(Damn, look 'ma I made a poem!)
I in fact own one, and was using it to play Trackmania only a few minutes ago.Richard Groovy Pants said:Little known fact:Mindex said:one of the reasons i prefer the Console is because, pretty much my PC sucks. EDIT: Apologies for the double-post
As far as I know, the 360 version doesn't have forums. I could be wrong, but I don't think most of the console L4D players would have the attention span to go to the forums.TheHorizon said:All "PC controls are better" aside, please note the following: PC players on Left 4 Dead are HUGE assholes.
If you go to the SteamPowered forums you'll see people complaining about team killing, random votekicking, and more. On the XBL this is non-existant.
I'd consider that a serious disadvantage.ihategravity said:Xbox 360 has a clear advantage over computer, you don't have to have steam
