I know we have a few TS MtF (transsexual, male to female) on the Escapist...We should add that option.

As one of them, I'm fine without that option. It's a false distinction that only serves to set up a heirarchy of gender. Trans women are women - it'd be like having another option for (women: gay) or (women: black).
