i dont smoke everyday, in fact last time i smoked was 4/20. it should be legal though because of all the uses it has, medically and for the economy.

At the risk of being insulting it seems like you blame pot for your sisters failures, it will make you lazy and stupid if you let it, if thats who you really are inside. Most growers don't lace there weed cause that is pointless, it costs them more just do to damage to people for no reason, believe it or not, people who grow weed aren't evil. Your sisters faulters are not the blame of some plant growing out of the ground, she failed. and you can use weed as an excuse if you want. When i was 18 i toured in a band for 2 years straight with little time off, I smoked weed everyday, no side effects at all, and I still got my journalism degree online while touring, and I am now working on getting my Psychology degree. Anyway, take a look at the bigger picture. Whoever is feeding you this line of BS about pot instantly turning her insane and hateful is trying to hide the real situation from you about why she's messed up. Your sister in all likelihood started smoking pot to make all of her family problems go away.
I guess as an American you'll have different adverts to us Brits, but I've never seen any advert like that for weed. Cocaine and heroin, but never weed. On topic, I've never tried weed, but I would be willing to. Nothing else, mind, only weed. Apart from incest, organ meats and hardcore drugs, I subscribe to the 'try everything once' policy.

Anyways, I haven't smoked marijuana, though I know a few people who do. Honestly, the only thing keeping me from smoking pot is my being perpetually broke, but it has been proven to not be detrimental to your health, and it calms the nerves, helps asthma etc.

I'm gonna go with Mr. Williams on this one. You see, I don't smoke Marijuana, but I don't exactly see the harm either. It's not a performance enhancing drug, it's fun at parties, and you can make the most hilarious scenes out of it.

As long as legalizing it stops the import of drugs from Mexico and stops the use of much worse drugs, then I'm all for it.
