Okay, so this is one of the rare occasions I will ever intentionally quote 4chan:

Obviously this is a slight exaggeration. But I do think it's weird for her to pin you as gay just because you want to watch a movie about ballet.

Some of these "Manly" movies are gayer than the more effeminate films. Muscled, shirtless men getting all sweaty and grappling? Basically standard action movie fare.
Sometimes "manly" things can sound extremely gay. Earlier this week I overheard two of my co-workers talking about Football (Soccer) and one of them said "...then they just laid back and let Chelsea come all over them".
Also from the look of the trailer having Natalie Portman and Mila Kunis make out is hot enough to turn a straight man into a Lesbian.

It's a long running joke within my family that I'm stereotypically gay, despite being straight (/kind of bi, but haven't mentioned that yet). I just kind of roll with it.
Start acting like a camp gay just to scare her. It should be funny and then you can just prove your not gay by buying playboys and leaving them out in the open in your room. Though you have to be careful because some of the ads in "mens" magazines can be of... questionably straight sexual orientation.
