I want to see the movie Black swan.
I'm not joking in you, it's quite irrational to think that I'm gay because I want to see a movie which has had brilliant grades and is just new and fresh.
Plus, she says that it's not normal for "straight men to like these kind of movies.
So what does the escapist think?

I haven't seen it, but isn't this supposed to be a psychological horror/suspense type movie? Above and beyond the lesbian eye candy of course. Even the bits Moviebob showed made a point of some rather disturbing aspects to the movie.

Now, if this was a straightforward artsy dance movie it might be unusual for a straight guy to sit through it, unless attending under duress with their girlfriend.

Rather than talking about the high grades, or how it's "new and fresh", you might for example point out the actual movie genere.

Also, from what I've seen and heard it seems to cover a bit of the same ground as Dario Argento's "Suspiria" which isn't exactly known for being a "chick flick".
