that's not gay at all if you want to see a clever movie filled with body horror. Just show her the trailer, and when she sees Kunis and Portman make out she'll get it.
don't care if people think your gay. I'm straight and I'm planing to cosplay as this guy

do what you want and who cares if someone questions your sexuality
Note: I'm cosplaying him to pick up chicks mostly.
ummmmmm... did you just quote me and not say anything else. I've never seen that before.
I was going to say something but decide against it but still clicked post by accident. So it came up as that.

In "Black Swan," Mila Kunis' character performs oral sex on Natalie Portman's character after a night of partying.

Yup, you're gay

I want to see the movie Black swan.
I'm not joking in you, it's quite irrational to think that I'm gay because I want to see a movie which has had brilliant grades and is just new and fresh.
Plus, she says that it's not normal for "straight men to like these kind of movies.
So what does the escapist think?

EDIT:I'm straight, just to tell you guys.
I'd come out just for the lulz. "Mom, you figured me out. I'm so relieved it's out in the open now."

Then I'd go about my life as usual.

Is she silly for thinking that? From how you've explained her world views, not entirely. Now she sounds like a moderately traditional Christian and is meshing both her religious beliefs and our cultural ideas on both sexuality and gender identity to come to a rather poor and hasty conclusion, but she probably also wants some grandkids as well.

Just assure her that you play for the right team but you're simply being open-minded on certain subjects to gain a better understanding of not only what you believe in but also what you like and dislike, thus making you more worldly on some ideas while simultaneously making you stand firm in what you think is right. "It is important to draw wisdom from many different places or it becomes rigid and stale."

Not really, it looks pretty damn interesting to me. Plus, tell her you can't be gay because the movie has two hot girls making out.

Just let her think it, in my opinion. You know what the truth is and if she wants to believe her son is gay so much, deep down she probably craves the drama that it could bring.

As long as you and your current / future girlfriend know what the truth is, it doesn't matter what your mother thinks. As long as she doesn't start proclaiming that you're gay to all of her friends, I think you're fine to let her think whatever.

I too wish to see this movie, but I don't think I am sneaky enough to watch it without anyone giving me a funny look.

Don't young boys like...uh...huge tracts of land? I barely have a garden.
Some do, others prefer to see a girl whose proportions look right; huge tracts of land look pretty weird next to a tiny house, but a cottage with a small garden has a certain appeal to it.

OT: If the OP is gay for wanting to see Black Swan, what does that say about the fact that Labyrinth is one of my favorite movies?[sub]I'm straight, by the way.[/sub] I would say your parents are being close minded here OP, but I think a better word here is "Insane." As in "You would have to be insane to come to that conclusion, that viewpoint isn't even common among the ignorant." Besides, this is your mother -- you'd think she of all people would know her own son's sexual orientation.

Who really gives two shits?

Come on people, this is a gaming website, do we really need this bullshit here?

I'd rather discuss current events, movies and video games.

:( - This fourm makes me sad these days.

It has hot actresses gettin' down on eachother in it...

Since when has that "ever" been a sign of a guy being gay? ...'cause if it really is then i think most guys have gay tendencies.

How does watching a particular film make you gay? I don't understand what logic your mother is using...

Just calmly tell her you're not gay. If she still thinks you're gay then she's an idiot and you should ignore her.

"silly" isnt exactly the word i would have used.
wanting to watch a freakin movie does not make you gay.
unless it's gay porn and you become aroused by it.
...and even then you could just be curious.

BUT THERE ARE LESBIANS IN THAT MOVIE!
The hierarchy in the common mindset means gay trumps lesbian. I believe the exchange rate is something like 5 to 1.
Shit, I haven't checked http://xe.com in a while. Guess I'm falling behind on that sort of thing.
