The only problem being there aren't really any games on the PS3 that are worth owning that aren't also on the 360 and PC anyways. So it goes both ways.Pendragon9 said:

Yeah because people aren't selling Like New copies of the 20 and 60 PS3's that had the hardware built in to play PS2 games all the time on Amazon for barely any more than the newer non compatible ones.FinalHeart95 said:

I just checked Amazon and the 80 GB was about $120 more expensive with backward compatibility. Unless by 20 and 60 you meant 20 and 60 GB. I'll check that just in case.theultimateend said:

I don't mean to offend, but you seem like one of those people who wouldn't buy a ps3 even if they put BC back in, but instead would find another tiny flaw to pick at. Only if my 360 dies. I might get a PS3, pawn all my 360 games, and trade them in for some good PS3 exclusives, but its doubtful.
The slim doesn't merit a purchase other than to jump onto the environmental bandwagon and reduce the size of the big Black Knight; the PS3 (prior sentence pronounced without pause).
Well, considering 11 people actually voted for ANOTHER price drop, you can't really blame me. Some gamers are too greedy. And considering you wanted ANOTHER thing to be added onto the PS3 (BC) you kinda seemed like one of them. I'm happy they're still selling ps2's.FinalHeart95 said:

I have to admit I've given a bit more thought to buying a PS3 than some other people. I am VERY turned off by the 360's "pay for multiplayer which we're not actually personally providing" system, and moreso turned off by the Wii's failure to interest me at all. Many titles are on the PS3 anyway.
But for now, I'd say I'm fine with my gaming computer.
