I liked Fable 2. It itself wasn't a bad game. A lot of room for improvement but I liked it. If Peter didn't hype it up so much it would probably have been recieved a little better because people were promised, and were looking forward to, so much. I am looking forward to Fable 3, however I would take Portal 2 and Fallout New Vegas over it in a heart beat.

The first Fable failed to meet expectations but still managed to be great. Fable TLC made that game even better.
Because of Fable TLC I had high hopes for Fable 2.
Not only did Fable 2 fail to meet expectations it was not great. It was shit. It was not in the least enjoyable.
I have no doubt Fable 3 will be the shittiest yet. So everything I've heard about it so far sounds like they will fail horribly.

Oh, and isn't Fable 3 going to use Kinetic?

I haven't played one yet. But I've heard they're rather good games. I think I really look forward to this so much because I get to enjoy a new streamlined game without having to deal with any let down expectations and such.

I absoloutely loved Fable and Fable II and I had never heard of Peter much until I started reading Kotaku. I knew he helped create Fable but he was just a name on a box. I don't ever listen to devs, if there's one thing WoW has taught me is that despite the best of intentions, stuff gets cut out and it's never exactly the game you envisioned.
