I had it downloaded on Steam, but when it came time to play, I found out the hard way to check my system specs first: insufficient graphics card, RAM, and CPU speed.

Next computer I'm getting is gonna kick this computer's ass.

I found it pretty fun, though the puzzles in during the first story are pretty easy. I really didn't get the satisfaction that everyone seems to get from it...
But I Can't wait to try the Advanced stuff.

Oh, and a side question...Was anyone else completely freaked out when you went behind the walls? Probably because of all the horror/zombie/apocolypse games I play, but for some reason everytime I see or am in a abandoned/rusty/fallen down structure or building (in game) I tend to freak out and think that somethings going to get me.
Anyone else have the same problem?

My favorite thing about Portal is the excellent soundtrack (not including "Still Alive").

Portal, despite being massively overrated, has an underrated soundtrack.

I wouldn't have bought The Orange Box for it, but it landed high up on my list of favourite games when it came out as a standalone thing on Xbox Live Arcade.

...I've since borrowed The Orange Box from my flatmate and played it on there too.

I got it with orange box and beat twice but sold the orange box because no internet connection and I didn't care much for half life 2(though I enjoy wathching my friend playing it,might borrow it again). Then got Still Aliveon XBLA and loved over again even if the 14 new chambers weren't amazinly hard they were clever,like a good portal level should be
