Poll: Scars. Annoying little things or things of badassness?

I got a scar by the side of my eye from a minor operation I had. Its not much since it gets hidden by my glasses.

Back during my first year of Uni I was messing around with a knife tyring to open something, it slipped and cut across two fingers (middle and ring on left hand). The scar does look cool as it crosses diagonally across two fingers and it becomes even more visable in the cold.

i dont know... :b i like some of my scars, some i hate... i have this really ugly scar across my chest from a barbed wire >< but i like the bigass scar in my scalp xD when i go bald its really visible looks cool i think xD

My brothers got one of those badass scars that goes over one of his eyes, I've heard him lie he got it in a fight (which is partly true, but his opponent was a table.) Still I worry if it might have an adverse effect in later life such as when applying for a job.

I have a scar from a knife wound on my stomach.

Some dick mugged me but didn't end up getting anything. I didn't have any money on me so I just gave him my phone, then he got all pissed and quickly stabbed me.

It didn't even go in an inch but I still like to think it makes me a certified bad ass.

i have a series of curious scars across my back. i have absolutely no idea how any of them got there, i just randomly found them one day.

those are the only scars i have that can really be seen though. i have a very pale complexion, and most of my scars are the same colour. just not the ones on my back...

all my scars come from me doing something crazy,stupid or fighting so mine are bad ass lol.But my favourite is my scar on the last knuckle on my right hand that i got from punching someone as it looks awesome and is in a great place.

i'm sorry, but what could aliens possibly achieve by putting scars on my back?

are they bored? do they have nothing better to do then abduct me and scar me?

actually, the peculiar thing about them is really that they first appeared as scars. nothing there as far as i can remember, then suddenly just scars. no precedents.

I Dont get scars, I have keloid (sp) skin which basically means I get small bumps instead of small dents

I have skin grafts on over half my body from third degree burns. Luckily, my face and hands were spared, but I am left with enough scars to impress anyone. I wouldn't get rid of them if I could, they are part of me, and they are popular with the ladies.

I got in a nasty biking accident recently, putting some slash-looking scars on my leg, a semi-deep but very small one on my knee, and an ugly round one near my elbow.

So, there's cool ones and ugly ones. I prefer long, straight scars that have little or no rounded edges.
