Argonian.

When I was younger with Morrowind, I would pretend that my argonian was a dinosaur romping around Vvardenfel. Just picture a velociraptor shaking hands with Amelexia.

Now, with that terrifying stare, its been taken to a whole new level.
If I was Amelexia and my husband was reincarnated as a velociraptor it would relly put a strain on are relationship. Also me being crazy wouldn't help.

Dunmer, in Oblivion I used ilusion magic, bow and sword to be an awsome ninja assassin, I plan to do the same in Skyrim.. well first I am going to create a Nord and kill everione in my way just to see how the game is.

Khajit archer/dw dagger theif most likely, however Nord is very close, I likely wont decide til I play around with the character creator for a good 2 hours. And even then likely to restart my game 5 times before I settle with something

Ork. Berserking idiocy is the one thing I'm good at.

Well, that and piracy...

Just replace the bolter pistol with an axe.

Argonian - Lizard-dudes. Stats were shit in the last 2 games, boasting improvements in the worst and rarest weapon category and water-breathing as standard. Interesting to see if they've improved their racials a little.
Dude... Morrowind argonians were the shit. You just had to build to their strengths. Bonuses to spear (fantastic weapon skill that outranges everything) and mysticism (the best school of magic) make them my preferred race. Combat goes like this: absorb strength/absorb speed --> run circles around opponent while poking him with your spear of shame --> win while taking no damage. Add to that a bonus to alchemy that's always useful and you can have pretty much any stat buff (usually fortify strength for me) by chugging homemade pots. Morrowind argonians fucking rule man idk what you're talking about.

edit: forgot that argonians can't wear boots in morrowind :p but they start with 50 speed which actually means something unlike in oblivion. point is, argonians were fantastic spellswords... or spellspears i guess.

Argonian.

And I already have his name picked out...

...Muldoon the Clever.
Will he be an archer?

SHOOT HER! SHOOT HER!
Of course, and he will also have "cheetah speed" and I'm going to make him very intelligent...problem solving intelligent!

Oh you know it and I'll also make sure to keep a 6 inch blade with me at all times for those close encounters. I'll go straight for the belly and spill their intestines!

I'll inevitably end up playing as all of them. I love trying out all the different ways of playing - roleplay and gameplay wise.

But primarily, I'll be a female Breton. And then a female Dunmer.

Dark Elf probably because since they're not really a specialised class you can do just about anything with them. I'll probably go for a swords and magic kind of character. I don't really like the look of the facial hair on them in the faces that were released though.

I really don't know... its a tough one.

I started out on Oblivion with a basic standard imperial called "******" because a friend had recommended the game to me and I didn't think I'd be playing it for that long at all. Little did I know that it would soon become one of my favourite games.

After messing about a bit, mainly doing most of the main quest and a few side missions here and there (in between nicking clothes in plain sight and getting slaughtered) I realised that imperials weren't all that great and started my Orc warrior guy called Urgal-Gro-Lee who I must have done most of the game with before I fancied trying out a sneaky type.

I tried a fair few as well as some mixed types and didn't get hugely far with any. Out of Mage, Warrior, and Thief I think the thief class is the least developed which is a bit of a shame. I saw my brother doing an Altmer Mage game and fell in love with the spell creator system as well as the ease of levelling up it brings what with being able to constantly train spells wherever you are. So I called my Altmer "Gandelf" (cool name rite?) and have many many hours played as him completing most of the quests though weirdly I'm still yet to properly complete the main quest on any of my playthroughs, It's just too easy to get distracted.

With Skyrim I'd like to see if they've sorted out the thief class as well as seeing if they've worked the Khajit and Argonians stick tails out of their asses (obviously for beating people to death with).

Though to be honest my first playthrough might just play the standard male nord barbarian what with it being set in Skyrim and all.

Breton as they are good for my magic based character and i like to look human based at least

no offence to anybody who choses races like khajit or argonian

Bosmer archer. Stealth class, joining the Dark Brotherhood. I did that on almost all of my playthroughs despite saying on several occasions "Right, this time I'll specialize in heavy armour and swords/magic".
