depends, if I was offered 5 bucks and a coupon to subway thwn I 'd say no. BUT, for a few fundred, maybe even a thousand? Then yes I would.

I would sugarcoat its flaws for money, but I would not just downright say a feature was good that absolutely sucked in reality. That would make my magazine, my boss, lose reputation, i would lose reputation, and the bloated score would allow many more shitty games to get better scores than they deserve from other reviewers.
Not for ?440 make it ?2500 and I might consider it.
I don't go so cheaply, my journalistic integrity is worth more than that.

if bribe=rate of pay then I would haggle for a little more, then I owuld(If I couldnt get more, I wouldnt)

also, if the game actually is good, then I would take the money and review it as normal.
because I am being asked to do the same service as the magazine asks me to, so I should get the same and a little more because they are asking me on my terms,
I have nothing to gain from that, so I should be paid more to do the task.

I'd take in in a heartbeat; the bigger the better, as far as I'm concerned. Of course, then I'd give the game a completely honest review, albeit with two points knocked off and a notice at the top that I was bribed to give it a good review. Why? Because I hate corrupt journalism.
I couldn't do it. I am not above taking bribes for some things, but if I was a reviewer I don't think I could in good conscience lie to my readers like that.
Probably not... I'd lose all credibility once someone found out and it could get me fired. There's no reason to risk it.
Take the money, be a man and write the review. Their money isn't going to change my view of the game, if its bad it gets a bad review. If its a big game, like Modern Warfare or GTA or something, I'd probably tell the press of the bribe, y'know, fuck up their reputation

For a video game review? It's hardly presenting evidence in court is it. So sure, I think I'd take it for that.
£400? Fuck yes! I could buy around 10 extra games! I would probably just take the money and then review it for how it is, and if it's actually good, even better! I would probably add a hidden message in the review though.

Why would I do such a great job and then actively do it wrong for a bit of cash on the side? People read publications and reviews for a reason, and you're getting paid already. There's no need to be a dick head and lie about it.
And if it's then found out later you took the bribe, your career is pretty fucked in that field.
