Being kicked in the balls. There's no chance to prepare for it meaning you can't drug yourself to relieve the pain, it can take weeks to recover from as opposed to a day at most, and most importantly, when you get kicked in the balls, you never say a few months later that you'd like another kick in the balls.

being hit in the stones is very painful indeed, but from what i've heard, giving birth would be much worse due to the uhm..... stretching and expanding going on.

Giving birth by a long shot. However, most women will, statistically, only give birth between 1 and 3 times. Guys can get kicked in the nuts any day of the week for their whole life.

Also, a third option could be an inguinal hernia http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Inguinal_hernia

I am tempted to count how many times someone in this thread have said something along the lines of "No man goes for another kick in the balls." This is why I think the best superpower ever would be the ability to physically touch people via electronic communications. If I had that ability, by now I would have bruised knuckles from reading this thread.

Seriously, guys, give it a break! Damn!

I don't think anyone can answer that question, as you would have to experience both and then make a judgement call, and as far as I know, experiencing both is impossible.
Actually having a kidney stone is supposed to hurt about as much as giving birth. From my experience that is a lot worse than being kicked in the balls. A lot worse.
Also giving birth means you'll be in pain for hours, the kick in the balls will soon pass.
I can say that kidney stone is the most intense pain I've ever felt. It made me scream in pain while being kicked in the balls just paralyzes you with pain.

They run in my family. I'm certainly much more scared of kidney stones than nut shots.

Oh, on the dignity topic, don't forget that it's not uncommon for women to defecate during childbirth.

Also women can see it coming and have anaesthetics, men get taken by surprise and not even adrenaline can race faster to your heart than a lightning bolt through your jewellery.
My experience says otherwise.

Eh... a woman can orgasm while giving birth.

I have yet to meet a man who could orgasm from a hard kick to the balls.
I could find some for you if I spent a few minutes with Google.

Kevlar Eater said:
I've never seen a woman vomit during childbirth (heck, they even have the benefit of having enough drugs pumped into them to quell the pain. Of course, a time frame comes with that option), but I've seen grown men vomit from heavy blows to the balls.
Women can die in childbirth. I think that pretty much beats vomiting.
You haven't found an instance yet. Neither have I. I win.

U mad?

Assuming you're talking about guys wanting to be kicked in the balls, yeah, I did, and your Google-fu is weak! Try a search for Tamakeri, or cock and ball torture.

i tend to find that on TV, men don't tend to roll around, screaming with their face bright red for several hours after being kicked in the balls :p

Good luck avoiding it, it's quite unpleasant and not something I wish upon anyone. Both me and my sister had to suffer through it, 4 hours squirming in pain felt like a long day. Yeah, the best of luck that you wont have to experience it.

hit in the balls obviously. a woman can only give birth once every 9+ months.
a guy can be hit in the nuts repeatedly therefore the suffering is longer and ultimately hurts more ha

Well I haven't been kicked in the balls hard but think of it this way. When was the last time a guy asked for a kick in the balls? Does a woman ask to have another baby?
