Easy, The Elder Scrolls 3: Morrowind

Its a shame Bethesda won't make a remake of it so it has the graphics and some of the good gameplay elements of Oblivion

Curretly replaying Morrowind with around 15 graphical update mods at 1920x1080, shadows dont look as good as oblivion other than that its a close call. But atleast its got a good story. Oblivions main quest was so useless It actually took my 3 tries to finish the game rather than just do the dark brotherhood quest chain and ignore the main one.

Rome: Total War

You are, my official favourite person on the internet. Rome: Total War is undoubtably the best game I have ever played. Followed closely by Call Of Duty 2. I haven't played many of the games in your poll, but I'll go with Tetris, as it laid the foundations for the puzzle genre.
