well. most multi-player games, are fast and have lots of action, but the social gamer plays to meet people and play so they can know more people, not really that much of a difference in some ways, but could people that spend a lot of time on wow, and others that just like to shoot other gamerszehydra said:Quick question, what's the difference between a multiplayer hound and a social gamer? Because social gaming, after all, is multiplayer.
And where would Minecraft fit in? Would that be a social game? (I usually only play the multiplayer)

Yes, this. Or, one who just plays to have fun... that works for me. If I'm bored, I drop it and go play something else.Monkfish Acc. said:How about "the one who just plays".

This is me. I like to find new games I want to play forever. replay value is what makes me interested in a game. Usually, a game with multiple endings is ideal for me. But I don't restrict myself to that.DustyDrB said:I don't think I fit into any of the categories. I find a few games I like, then play them over and over.
The Idolizer: finds a few games he/she likes, plays them to death, and obsesses over rather than buying new games or jumping too far out of the comfort zone. Replay value is a must. Usually plays alone.Savagezion said:This is me. I like to find new games I want to play forever. replay value is what makes me interested in a game.
