Pokemon Yellow was my first, so Pikachu, of course.

I was three though, so I couldn't read all that well, and didn't realize you could save. Took me awhile to get past the first gym because of that. In my defense, that's probably the toughest first gym in the series given the circumstances.

Yellow was my first Pokémon game, thus Pikachu was my first one. I still have him safely bundled in his cartridge, and I have very fond memories of the game. I taught him surf using Pokémon Stadium! I loved seeing that red surf board come out!
