I would do thinigs that i probably couldnt say for fear, you know what im going to stop here.

I'd be very boring, only minor things:
Self defence,
Not having to worry about being late, (Oh my god! Sleep in every day YES)
Maybe a few pranks...

I'd most likely just take my time to gather up a lot of money and whatever else I wanted and then resume life like normal with the exception that I would be rich.
Probably abuse the hell out of this little ability. A lot depends on whether or not I'd be able to interact with "frozen" things normally or not. Wouldn't ever have to wait in line for anything ever agian, that's for damned sure.
It would also depend for how long I could keep time frozen and how far the freezing extends. Screwing with the space-time continuum is never safe and could cause natural disasters on a galatic level.
If it was safe enough to use whenever I like, I'd most likely go bountty-hunting for a while, followed by a bout of war-monger hunting. After the bordom of the "good guy" schtik I'd most likely slip into a steady decline of petty crime and vengeance-seeking followed by a bout of moral crises where I question my motives and abilities followed by a slow but stseady mental breakdown that results in a schism of reality where my psyche actually splits into two or more seperate entities to wage eternal war in a single, frozen moment of time.
Then it would be pizza and icecream.
Travel the country back and forth without any problems, sleeping when my internal clock needs it, living off of food stolen from stores, see how far I get even all the way across Europe, hell maybe even to Vladivostok and then head right back home.
I'd build an underground fortress, loot guns and money, build heaps of weapons and then un-pause time and live thar.
All things considered, I'd pretty much do most of that. Taking stuff (although nothing high profile, of course), and there's no way you could say no to ultimate free time.
Many many illegal and inappropriate things, and when I got bored of that I would fight crime and stop rogue terrorists and stuff like that.
A lot of this depends on the 'rules' of time-stopping, which you haven't laid out.
If you can stop everything but yourself... good luck finding anything to breathe.
If you can stop everything and selectively restart stuff... I hope you know how everything works, or you're gonna walk up and down a lot of stairs. Also get used to having no electricity.
And that's not even thinking about whether you continue to age while time is stopped. I bet the relevant significant other won't be impressed if they come home one day and you're suddenly 50 years older or something.

So, to answer the original question... I'd probably do very little with it.
I don't think I would use it. Would I continue to age but other people wouldn't? If so, I would be older than my older sister if I use it a lot. Also, say if I break into a bank, would the CCTV continue to record? If so, they sould just rewind the tape and identify me. This stuff just blows my mind and if I did use it, I would just spend the majority of the time thinking about this stuff which would be a waste of time although time has stopped so it can't be wasted *head explodes*.
