Poll: Which Console?

Which of these consoles should i buy?

I really want one. Especially to play that Monster Hunter game.

Which one is better?
And please tell me why.

If you're going for monster hunter, get the wii. If you want the most variety of games, and stuff to download (and valve games ) get the 360. Get the ps3 if you like the current games that are out/the stuff in psn (beware non exclusives being a little poor, as multiplatform games on the ps3 tend to end up being lower quality due to the less simple architecture of the thing)

Mostly though, just go with whatever suits you, there isnt really a better console (ok maybe not the wii )

It really depends on what type of games you prefer I'd say PC though as for me it is so much better than anything a console can offer.

Although if you must have a console pick either 360 or PS3 and take a look at other their list of exclusives and pick whichever one you want based on which you think has better exclusives.

I'd go for the PS3 for the same reason. I'm getting my ps3 for my birthday

Unless the PS3 has some hit new game called "We don't have any exclusive games" I don't think they have any good unique franchises

Especially since Final Fantasy is now coming to 360 too

Go for 360, you get what you pay for, and xbox live is SO much better than PS3 online, with a PS3, you're mostly paying for a Blu-Ray player that you'll probably never use, with the 360, you're actually paying for a GAME console, a damn good one at that

PS3 is finally affordable and has the best lineup of games now and in the coming months so that would be my recommended choice.

HOWEVER if everyone is mature and respects each other own opinions on things this should go fine and there won't be any need for locking

If I were you I'd go for whatever your friends have, gaming is always more fun when you have people you know to play with no matter what platform.

Upgrading your PC should be an option, it's probably got the more accepting community of the lot (Having had extensive experience with all the communities)

Last time i check they were the same price.

We'll i say ps3.I have played all 3.I don´t know why but i feel it to be the most comfortable.Although that's just me.Other people might feel other wise.

My personal preference is the 360. It's better for me because more of my friends have a 360 than PS3, the 360 games are more my preference, and the controller is more to my liking.
Although, to be honest, i am thinking of getting a wii (for the railshooters (nostalgia)).

I have a 360 and PS3 and the 360 is the best gaming package. Whenever I buy a multi-platform title I don't even bother checking which version is superior because I already know. But then you've got the exclusives to consider. Maybe you can start a separate flame thread about that.

PC. It's a decent investment from the massive number of free games, cheap downloadable games, indie games, Steam, forums full of trollers and flame wars, free online play with generally more intelligent people (I am dead serious. I dreaded my last attempt of XBL. Last TF2 game I played, people got into a talk about Spanish conquerors. "Cortez was the dude who made Montezuma think he was like a god, basically. Kinda like Josh on the forums.")
