Episode I gets kind of good when "Duel of Fates" kicks in and I actually like Episode III. Episode II is utter garbage though, there are very little redeeming qualities there...

Whoa. I'm in the minority on this one. I like the second one. The third one has a horrible ending. Just terrible.
But I actually like the first one the most, though for some nostalgic reasons (but that's my nostalgia, dammit! I can let it influence me if I want). The podracing reminds me of the N64 game that I had so much fun with as a kid. Yeah, there's Jar-Jar, but I can overlook that. Why? Because of that duel. That "Ho-lee shit" duel with Qui-Gon, Obi-Wan, and Darth Maul. It's flippin' fantastic! I'm not even usually a guy who is wowed by action scenes, but it's just so intense. Without Darth Maul, it's probably my least favorite of the three movies. With him, it's the best.

the clone wars (the animated movie) is the worst thing George Lucas has done. It is proof he hates his fans.

I understand why you put 1 since that was the brand new one which everyone was hyped to see before having their dreams crushed. I can understand why you would put 2 because it was just terrible.But why 3? I'm not saying it was the greatest thing ever but compared to the other two it was clearly the best thing ever.

They had an age difference of like 20 years (no I can't be asked to wiki it), step up from Luke and Leia I guess.

Episode I is utter crap. After 16 years waiting for this movie what we got is idiotic character like Jar-jar, a messy and boring plot, an annoying kiddo and crappy CGI which make everything look plastic. And it simply didn't feel like a Star Wars movie. Expectations were so high and Lucas crashed all of them. He never should have showed Anakin as a kid or the ridiculous Trade Federation. And Midichlorians?!? C'mon! If anything A New Hope was entertaining and it had some spirituality related to the force. For me it's the weakest movie in the original trilogy, but it is simply leagues ahead of this.

They all have their faults -
- Episode I has childish elements, but at least it knows it is a children's film and doesn't pretend to be anything else.
- Episode II is just plain boring (except for the end).
- Episode III is also childish but thinks it's cool. That annoys me the most, so I vote III.

George had nothing to do with the Clone Wars movie apart from insisting that Ahsoka be an eleven year old wearing a tube top on the battlefield. Blame Dave Filoni for that one. Then, you can Blame GL for everything in The Clone Wars past season 2, when he took over as lead episode creator.Samuel Henson said:

I think Episode I is the worst in terms of the sheer amount of shite in it, but Episode III is the most disappointing.

2nd, by far. Worst acting, worst almost-love-scene, worst CGI lightsaber fight, worst music (in the almost-love-scenes), worst in-between-2-great-movies-plot, worst trick to get main character out of trouble (oh look, R2 can fly, why didnt he use that before?), most unrealistic CGI stunt ever (how to stop yourself from falling holding on to a wire without cutting your hand off)...

I'm gonna go with episode three, primairly for anakin's and obi-wan's "talk" before the final showdown.
episode 1 had the fight with darth maul in it and introduced the two-bladed light sabre.
episode 2 had a cool final battle between the clones and droids, so yeah, I enjoyed that sequence at least.

Episode one, it just seems like the plot meanders around from the moment they set foot on Tattooine. As bad as the romance is in the other two, the action that takes place in those make up for it. Other than the Jedi v Sith fight at the end the biggest 'action scene' is the stupid Pod Race. Also, I hated Anakin as a kid.
