Hellsing is an anime about vampires. I would recommend seeing it if you actually take interest in it. (It is a great show!)

I'd say Dracula, because he is pretty badass, but the fact that the book is supposed to be a Christ versus Satan allegory kinda kills it for me.

Definitely Cassidy from the "Preacher" Comics. He's a legitimate vampire based off Bram Stoker's model.

He's a pretty funny guy
