Nintendo. They announced about 20 rehashes of old games as well as the new 3DS. Microsoft and Sony's biggest news was the motion control Nintendo has had for years.

in my view the moition controls where not the biggest anouncement and scince when were 20 rehashes good? 3 or 4 ok but 20? thats called running out of ideas.

You should really quote my original quote and not the one that was edited by some anti-fanboy. I never used the word "rehashes."

I'd have to give it to Sony. Their Move presentation showed that games for multiple audiences can me done with motion control with "Sorcery",and"Tiger Woods 11". Plus it'll cost less the Microsoft's,"Kinect" and $99 altogether. May as well buy a PS Eye now while it's only $30.

Nintendo's lack of actually showing the 3DS really annoyed me. I get that they couldn't show how it worked while I watch it on my PC, but how can they expect me to spend money on something I haven't seen in action? Also, the LoZ Skyward Sword demo had a mass amount of technical issues, which was embarrassing since Miyamoto was the one demonstrating.

Microsoft showed off more mini-games with,"Kinect". The only thing that interested me was The Star Wars game, but then I realized that if it wasn't basically a Star Wars sword fighter, I would not have cared. Also the Cirque de Soliel really has me thinking that Microsoft Jumped the shark. Plus the Kinect has already been sent to GamesStop. My friend who works there showed me that the retail price is $149.99.

Nintendo certainly "won" it for me; I was really thrilled for the 3DS, and it sounds like it's awesome. Also Kirby Wii, and tonnes of games for the 3DS. Lots of _classics_.

When it comes to Sony and Microsoft, I have to say Kinect interests me. I'll probably be alone, but I think it's a really interesting control mechanism. Certainly not for gaming, though, but for a multimedia center of some sort.
Sony, well, I've never been fond of Playstation, and I guess my view is pretty biased here. LBP2 looks interesting, though, and I agree that user-created content is awesome. Also, too much time on 3D and Move (and of these especially the 3D part).

Rant ends here.

nintendo, if only for making the NES nostalgia ridden dreams a "watch this space" reality.

imo Nintendo did indeed have some great stuff... but it didn't interest me personally, now stuff to do with Fable 3 was also rather interesting... but I didn't think Microsoft's event was that brilliant, so I'd hafta go with Sony

Alright, I'm over my rage of there already being a new DS. Is Kid Icarus going to be on that or Wii? My friend says the 3DS.

I totally vote Nintendo. I'm not that interested in much of what Sony has but Portal, which I can get on the other systems I own. Meanwhile Nintendo is bribing the inner fantasy fanboy with Legend of Zelda, Dragon Quest, Golden Sun, and Kid Icarus. Their remaking of Goldeneye is a little "meh" in my opinion.
I honestly didn't watch Microsoft and from what I'm hearing I don't regret it. Ubisoft was cool, loved the Rez 2 demonstration, great use of the Kinetic or whatever (though it was interrupted by the retarded G4 cameramen). EA was terrible because it's EA and nobody cares.

Warhammer 40.000 Dark Millenium did.
Yea. That does look very cool. I want in but I'm not willing to pay a monthly fee for it.
I hope they run it like the D&D mmo. I don't mind an initial purchase but I hope they can keep it in the black with microtransactions rather than bills. I'm not willing to pay per month but I would surely buy a scrap iron jaw and attack squig for my slugga boy.

I'm also really looking forward to Fallout Vegas

The 3ds does look cool though.

I was really hoping Microsoft would have something special this year but they were a disappointment. Nintendo completely stole the show this year, they got my vote.
you and me both dude Msoft really dropped the ball. But as I said in my OP my vote goes to sony for among other things bringing back the twisted metal and announcing Infamous 2.

You fail to recognise the fact that the Wii's motion control is by far the worst out of all of them and generally unresponsive, even with the 'motion plus' that they sold afterwards costing you 30 pounds for something that could have come with it in the first place, the fact is the Wii remote is bulky with the attachment of the motion plus, dangerous to those around you if you don't wear the irritating little strap and about as useful to the games you play on it as a ash tray is on a motorbike.
If the Wii controls are unresponsive for you, it's a probably with the way you set it up. I have never (really, never) experienced this in the four years I've owned mine. I have to wonder if you've even played a game with the Motion Plus attachment. Like I said, it's gotta be a problem with your setup. At the worst, you were sold a faulty controller.
Trust me I have had the misfortune of forking out cash for those motion plus things, besides its not like they couldn't come with it in the first place, and I checked my set-up with your input and there is no difference top or bottom of TV setting.

The Wii is for the casual gamer that doesn't mind waiting months for Nintendo to release another Mario/Sonic/Zelda remake which has been going on since the SNES with the occasional bit on the side from Capcom, but they haven't made a good game since the first street fighter, and I know I'll get stick for saying that but I don't care, Marvel .v. Capcom is still bad no matter which character is in it. If you want a brawl game I suggest you get the only game that Nintendo don't wear out, Super smash bro's brawl. But if i'm perfectly honest... I'd rather have my game cube back.

I really don't care about the 3DS... so for me nintendo was just Donkey Kong and Kirby, not that amazing. Natal impressed me, GOW and COD were good, but I actually think Sony had the best exclusives this year

Nintendo wins because it was able to make both other companies bend over and take it full by admitting that standard controllers are for losers and that Wiimotes are the way of the future. I fear for all of us gamers. I really do.
