Someone with a high post count shows veterinary, or it just shows they have nothing to do but post
*COUGH* people who have 11,555 posts and they joined 5 months ago*COUGH*
But that doesn't mean that something good like a PBJ sandwitch is better than normal PB sandwitch. the J in the end of PBJ is just an add on.

for those that don't under stand it means that a post count means nothing, you can be very well known with a 1 post count.
Totally, you don't even have 200 posts and I see you as one of the standouts here.

You'll go far
lol I barely had 200 posts on my last account.
and I am pretty sure I am the only one here who believes the walruses will take over the world.

I only "idolize" Furburt.

Because he's awesome.

Even tho he goes "off-topic" a little too often sometimes.

Oh and Sasquatch is pretty cool.

Both of them have awesome avatars.

Yay rowing up sentences.

Whoa!
I said follow you blindly, not do your chores for you. I'm your stalker, not a butler.
Aww... well, can you at least leave mints on my pillow or something when I leave the house? Preferably the green ones (although I like the red and white ones as well).
Sure.
Got to keep my stalkee's happy.
w00t!!! Can I has a Mentos too?
...Oh, alright then.
These new stalkee's are harder work then the older ones.
Sorry. I'm picky. And I loves me some chewy mints!

The only thing I notice is that people with very low post counts often seem to be totally illiterate.

Other than that, who cares?

No, everyone is equal. (I'm a socialist, you'd never have guessed)
I like anyone and everyone. But a few of these users thing a large post count somehow equates to a large amount of awesome, or directly proportional to the size of their cocks.
Most guys are awesome, but a a few people are dicks.

I've never seen them idolized, but one has to agree that a guy with witty posts in the thousands is a better poster than the guy posting random crap with horrible grammar that has posts in the teens.

I have seen a few new guys with fantastic threads, but that was because they lurked the forums for a long time before they joined. Most of the time I see versus threads and what's-your-favorite threads. As for the guys with posts in the thousands, usually they've been here long enough to know how to post.

Someone with a large number of posts...is well known because of all the comments he/she has made. While yes, people can be idolized...it's because people are just more well known because they post so often, so naturally people will remember the name or avatar.
You cut out all of my repeating info and useless ramblings. Thank you, that looks far more presentable now hahaha.

Yeah fair point. It could be argued that people only stick around if they like the place, and people are only likely to like the place if they gel with the existing community, thus becoming kind of forum idols.
