Obviously I would yell "No... NOOOOOOOO!" just to see his reaction (or inevitable facepalm) and then ask for his autograph. He is famous after all, it's probably worth something.
My thoughts, but I'd be tempet to throw him down in the core of the death star, to be sure that he got the point.

Probably nothing since I would assume he was just a look alike. Even if I d tell it was the real him I would just ignore him.
Sure I dislike the precludes and I hate him more for his obsession to constantly updating the old films but from what I seen from him in those documentary he look like a nice guy (one of the documentary he would wave his hand to a stranger and continue to do even when his son told him that person is a stranger). In another word I'm not hateful enough to punch a nice guy.

Shake his hand profusely and explain how honoured I am to meet someone who has changed the scape of film and our entire culture so profoundly.

And maybe, just maybe, at the end I'll lean into his ear and whisper "The prequels and Indy 4 weren't that bad".

Whatever he may have done to the series that you may dislike, he still MADE the damn thing.
For this, he deserves love.

Shake his hand. I don't enjoy tears of fanboys very often, but when I'm in the mood for it, the Star Wars fanboys' tears are particularly delicious.

I'd be happy and quite pleasant to him. I grew up with the '97 special editions so I don't hold a great respect for the original theatrical editions that so many fans do. The changes in the Blu Ray editions don't bother me either. It's still Star Wars to me.

I have nothing to do do with Star Wars, so I would ignore him *goes back to real sci fi like Star Trek: TNG*

OT: I'd ignore Mr Lucas. Partly because he's probably a lot bigger and stronger than myself...

...and partly because I like all 6 films.

As much as I would want too, I don't think I would tell him all the awful things wrong with his prequel trilogy. He's probably already heard it all.

I think I would say two things:

1. Thanks for Star Wars, I loved it, could you please release the original version? See, I know you think it was crap, but myself and millions of others liked it a lot. If you release the original version, literally every Star Wars fan you have will buy it, as opposed to the slowly dwindling numbers of people buying your "new and improved" versions.

2. Please, please, do not make this live action television show that has been rumored to be coming. I know, I know, you're thinking dollar signs and marketing everything on the show as a toy. Here's the thing, the risk/reward potential is not worth it.

You have slowly been alienating all of your fans. The numbers go down every year. You assume that new Star Wars means new fans, and in theory, that is true. But, media and entertainment have changed since your original trilogy. Children today, will not become the die hard fans you hope for, they will like it briefly, and move on to the next most popular thing. As you continually alienate your original fans, ( and I might add, they are the fans with the most spending money) you will earn less money.

A better idea would be to come out with a marketing plan similar to that of the Beanie Babies from the 90's. You release limited versions of original Star Wars merchandise, affordable yet hard to find. Unlike Beanie Babies, your fan base will not have a fallout, because the original merchandise will draw in old fans, rather than push them farther away. Money will come in like crazy.

Thank him for Star Wars

but tell him, that he is not the best director.

srsly, he should have written the story and approved artwork
but never directed I, II and III

Well I'd likely call him a hack, but I wouldn't hit the man. The poor guy is already in enough pain after he sold his soul to the devil to get rich and famous without talent.

Walk past and probably say to my wife "that guy looked like wosname, George Lucas, Star Wars guy"" and then probably go into a conversation about how he produced six sub par movies, three of which have a insanely feral fan base, bordering on a religion.

I'd ask him if he really made the first two prequels bad on purpose, just to increase the impact when the third was almost halfway decent.

It's something for which I am legitimately curious.
