I think i have the most reload Accolade in MW2 about 200 times, i always reload sometimes at stupid times, like someone will come round the corner, i'll kill them, reload straight away and someone else will come round! Gah, i'm getting better though, but reloading all the time is a good habbit

When ever I can. After a kill, popping a guy in back a few times and reload as I round the corner. I spray a few shots down a hall way Etc

Depends. In COD and stuff where the rounds carry over I reload after every kill. If not that, I get behind cover and whack the reload button.
In Mass Effect, for example, reload denies you rounds. I never use it unless there's a whole pile of thermal clips and I'm low on the clip I'm on.

Singleplayer I reload after every cluster of kills, or about half-mag.

Multiplayer I almost never reload, because I always use heavy MGs. The magazine usually lasts longer than I do.

1) Kill someone/thing
2) Hide
3) Reload
With hide i mean just crouch in an corner or lie down, not run to a hidingspot or something like that(in games like call of duty). In L4D and such games i just reload when i feel like it (cuz it only takes about 2 secs to reload in L4D)

How the hell do you run out of bullets in the P90? You have like 300 to start with. Do you spend 100 bullets on each kill?
Well in one magazine there is 50 bullets (75 with Extended mags) and there is 100 bullets left to reload with, if you spray with rapid fire on, a lot of the bullets are bound to miss or hit the body even when they're already dead.

I like to keep the mag/drum full at all times as a just in case. So even if the drum of the MG has 117 rounds of 120, I'll reload.

Unless I'm carrying an M249 in PR. That's a long reload cycle to sit through for the sake of a few rounds.

I reload whenever I can, unless the game actually loses you a full clip, instead of keeping a total bullet count. I reload in quiet moments in firefights, after battles, in the middle of battles by ducking behind cover. I reload as often as possible unless my gun is already full.

I reload every time I get a kill. I'm such a compulsive reloader that I try to reload even after throwing grenades or swinging a melee weapon. It gets me killed a lot. It also cost me a lot of grenades in mass effect. You press R to throw a grenade in Mass effect, in most shooter games, R is reload.

Guess that's why I never have that problem- I'm not a fan of spraying. I only do that at extreme close range when, someone surprises me.

I'll reload right after the kills that are needed to make it safe, otherwise I will shoot til I run out or find a shapely rock.

Almost always after a kill, however games like TF2 has drastically changed my reloading habits, See, In games like COD i tend to reload after each kill, Games like TF2 i tend to waste my entire clip trying to hit them, THEN reload.

Compulsively after each kill. Sometimes, I kill something and reload as his angry buddy nibbles at my knees before I shot him too. I also reload if some object (like a rock) comes between us and I have a brief period to do before the enemy once again comes into view and can be shot.
