I already got RE4, and, regarding MGS, what game should I start with? MGS2 is on PS2, but I could probably get MGS1 for cheap...Jfswift said:Final Fantasy X
Metal Gear 3
Resident Evil 4 (very awesome game and the PS2 version has alot of extras)
Personally I thought MGS1 was pretty epic, 2 wasn't bad (at first I didn't like Raiden but he's started to grow on me a bit), and 3 is cool because of the extra gadgets, camoflauge, etc. I say buy 3 and then play 1 and 2 but if 1 is on sale, get that first.smearyllama said:I already got RE4, and, regarding MGS, what game should I start with? In that case, go for it! Just some friendly advice; don't let Yuffie into your party. You'll regret it later if you do.smearyllama said:snip

I have no clue what that means...
Is that in 8 or 9?
If I get either of those, it'll probably be for PS3 anyway, 'cause I can get them on my PSP, too.
Never played .Hack// (DON'T KILL ME!), but I agree with the Ratchet and Clank and War of the Monsters. Coincidentally who was your favorite char.? For me it was Ultra-V. I remember smacking the other guy...The Austin said:Ahhh.... Good times.arc1991 said:![]()

Such a great, yet unknown, classic.
OP: Ratchet and Clank, and the entire .Hack// series. Believe me, I HATE JRPG's, but .Hack// nearly made me jizz.

You can use PS1 memory cards in the PS2. There are also "PS1 mem card for PS2"'s that have ~20-100 times the normal space of a PS1 memory card. They're available at any EB/Gamestop.Super Toast said:He wouldn't be able to save though. So it's not really worth it.
I'd forgotten about The Bard's Tale! While not in my top 10 list, it's one of the few video games I've ever played that actually had me laughing as I played all the way through it.whatsdavid said:Bard's Tale is a top down action RPG reboot, full of wit and satirical elements in regards to fantasy, story-telling, and the role playing game genre. There are variable combat strategies, attractive visuals, a basic but entertaining dialogue system, and above all is quite humorous. Its replayability is moderate, much like re-reading a good book, once every couple years or so. I highly recommend it.
Buy a memory card then!! THose games ARE worth it!Super Toast said:He wouldn't be able to save though.
