Ask her politely if she fancies being a whore because with no useful education and an attitude problem a mile wide that is how she will end up because no one will hire the *****.

If she is drinking all the booze in the house, don't buy more. Don't give her money. Make it very clear that if she is old enough to think that she can make her own choices that she cannot expect her folks to bail her out or back her up if the cops come calling.

But then I am cold hearted and have all the maternal instincts of a praying mantis. If she was my kid (and happily that will never happen) she would come home one day and find her shit piled up on the kerb and the locks changed.

In my mind parents should do their best for the kids at all times. But at some age the kid has to understand that the relationship is reciprocal - and theft and drug abuse are not things that I would find acceptable.

Smoking Weed does NOT make someone a druggie. It's not a drug, it's a feckin' herb, it's no more of a drug than coffee. Just thought I'd clear that up.
Yes it does. The THC in marijuana(cannabis, hemp, etc.) is a drug. Just like the caffeine in coffee is a drug. If you say it's not a drug, then you're saying that nicotine and alcohol are not drugs.

Oh, it's also illegal... Just throwing that out there.
No man, Injecting Smack makes you a druggie. Smoking weed just makes you a stoner, and that's only if you're dedicated to the stuff. Look, I'm not gonna go off on a huge rant, but it helps more than it harms. Fuck man, I'd be DEAD if I'd never started, as would more than half of the people I know.
I've known people who have begged on the street, stolen things and offered sexual favours for weed.

I've known people who have spent all their Giro on weed as soon as they've received it, then sustained on stolen and begged food for the next 2 weeks, then repeated the cycle.

I've also had my house broken into and my door kick in by people after the weed they thought was kept there.

If that doesn't make them druggies, what does it make them... enthusiastic herb connoisseurs?

If you are her age, then beat the shit out of her. That's not child abuse that's just being taught a lesson.

My sister would sometimes try to go gangsta on my mother knowing that she's weaker, so I teach her that if she tries to act like a ***** she will get beaten to tears.

Anyone who thinks this is wrong was probably raised with one sibling in a nice quiet family so they should talk.
sounds like me an my brother. then again me and him used to fight with alarming regularity. only on like 2 occasions have we really tried to hurt each other

You can throw them into the laser shark pit!! Or perhaps the knife-covered kitten cage? it's a matter of opinion, but I prefer the laser sharks, because what's better at disciplining someone than sharks with lasers?

I'd have to agree with the majority her. Kick her out. The old line "My friends will let me stay with them" becomes really annoying, really fast for most people. When she bounces around to her last house without anywhere else to go... that's when she'll realize that it's pretty fucked up how fast "friends" won't like you when you're no longer contributing money, booze, drugs, ect. She'll do one of two things: Find a place to crawl into, or come back and have that realization about how good she had it.
And your parents need to be dicks when she gets back. She can come back, but every rule needs to be followed to a tee or her ass is back out again without a chance of ever coming back.

So you all think that just because the teenager is unruly (which, bear in mind, we only have the OPs word for) you think that she should have her home taken away from her? Wow, you guys have some cold hearts, considering that you would be likely be condemning her to death by disease or exposure.
Has anyone considered she might have a mental disorder, such as ADHD or asperger's or schizophrenia? When I was 16 I was a holy terror before the right combination of medication was assigned to me and I had to be put in a mental hospital because my paranoid schizophrenia made me think my parents were going to kill me as a government experiment. Or maybe you just believe that imperfect people should die.

Now, I agree that beating a child should be allowed, but since it isn't then I say that you need to find other ways to keep her in line without dumping her on the streets. Now, I am not certain what those ways might be, since I am not a parent, but let me point out that it is really the parent's fault for having her in the first place. If you can't deal with an unruly child, then you shouldn't have kids to begin with.

Have you ever wondered what's the source of the problem? Most difficult cases are associated with the fact that some need in her life hasn't been met.

First of all, her parents need to stop buying alcohol. If their daughter is just going to drink it, then they shouldn't be keeping it in their house at all. Not even O'Douls. Most of the unruly behavior stems from this dependence. She'll probably still drink elsewhere, but a minor consumption ticket or two might change her mind about that.

Next, if she's smoking weed, then that's what she's gonna do. Most parents can't find it in them to call the cops, and the most they could really do to her anyway is put her through a scared straight program and give her on monthly urine tests. After that, they could fine her, but I'm sure that would actually be fining the parents.

And finally, her parents need to start getting in her life more. Make sure she's doing her homework and give her help with it, even if she is acting like a brat. Ask questions about her friends, trying not to be invasive about it, but enough to piece things together. And most importantly, get her involved in a physical activity. Something like volleyball, or cross country running, or softball. It'll lessen the time she's just sitting around being bored, getting in trouble, or dwelling over things.

Kicking her out can create long term problems, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.
What you need is a military school, or a sort some sort of Boarding program. I know there is a farm near where I lived for troubled girls. They don't make you do push ups, but I went there for a service project and I completely forgot how absolutely fucked up they had to be to get in there they were so well mannered and nice. They continued schooling and could graduate on the farm. Tell your aunt and uncle to look into this.

I have that problem, except it's both my brother and my sister.

I suggest either this:

Or kicking them out. There is no hope for them anymore, they are a failure as a person, and do nothing more than suck up food and water and money and give nothing in return, so if anything, kicking them out will force them to either start giving back to the community to get the things they need to live or they'll eventually die in a gutter somewhere, good riddance.
