I love all the little references to things from the Vampire Saga.Flamezdudes said:I literally bought the first book in the new Saga of Larten Crepsley and finished it yesterday. Quite good, however I finished it quickly but I guess that is because i'm a fast reader.Disaster Button said:I just finished re-reading it actually becasue it was a few years ago when I read it last. Its still as awesome as ever. Now that I've read it I can go onto reading the Saga of Larten Crepsley without forgetting anything.Flamezdudes said:This. I also recommend reading Darren Shan's Vampire Series aswell, if you haven't read that. That should be a TV series too!Disaster Button said:Darren Shan's Demonata.Who was that guy at the end of the book? Is it someone new or a reference to someone from the series already? Because if he was, I certainly can't remember.
He still has every intention of finishing the books as far as I can tell. He had other projects before ASoIaF and has dedicated to continue those for that fanbase despite the popularity of the newer series (plus aDwD is nearly finished as far as we can tell)! /fanboy defenseFrozen Donkey Wheel2 said:It already does, A Song of Fire and Ice, by George RR "Goes To Far With Practical Jokes" Martin.
I'm saying that he wrote the first four books with no intention of releasing the remaining three as a practical joke. It becomes more plausible every day.
Ohhhh, now I get it. I feel ashamed for forgetting it! I should probably re-read the books, I haven't read them for about a year. Thanks.Disaster Button said:Someone important from the Vampire Series.Flamezdudes said:Disaster Button said:I finsihed it in a day too, it was great. Its Desmond Tiny. The creepy guy with the Little People who's name shortens to DesTiny?
Maybe you shoud re read the Vampire books?
I was going to post something else but this is what really needs to be done. Either a tv series or a full length well directed/scripted/acted movie. Loved that series to death.Lenny Magic said:The Mortal Engines books, a original concept of towns on treads, and scenes that would look pretty damn stunning if done right.
