The idea of real lightsaber is awesome but the reality is just plain scary. Fantasy and reality should be kept separated.

The idea of releasing extremely dangerous weapon that can cause permanent damage in one use (without the user even meaning to 'cause any damage) for almost anybody to get is just plain stupid and scary.

Distribution of this item to the general public as well as possession of one without a special weapons permit or industrial-grade license needs to be made punishable with prison time. People who say they want this as a Star Wars toy or any other ridiculous reason should get an immediate reality check... this thing is not a toy. The existence of this thing is bad enough already, but the low price is the cyanide icing on the cake.
