Really? But Tidus and Yuna were such hollow characters and you could see the ending coming from when you first found out what happens when you beat Sin.
The end of HL2:Ep2 almost had my jaw hit the floor. What a shock.
I felt sad for Heather throughout most of SH3. She was the only one from the series who couldn't run away from what was happening.

Yessir. That was before I became the pretty emotional person I am now, but it still made my eyes twitch the way they do before tears come. I'm sure if I let myself, it would actually make me cry now. The music at that point is so heart-wrenchingly gorgeous, that it becomes a little too much.

Shadow of the Colossus got to me as well...so much can be said without words.

This one has been an unparalleled experience for me. Just as with reading a phenomenal book or immersing yourself in a fantastic film. The end of The Longest Journey: Dreamfall.

In the final sequence of The Longest Journey: Dreamfall. When you see Zoe Castillo laying comatose on her bed, you know there is nothing to do about it, and all is lost. Her speech is nothing less than heart wrenching.

Final Fantasy 7: Crisis Core, Zack's death nearly had me in tears.

The whole ending sequence made me pretty sad aswell but it was pretty cool when you gotta fight hundreds of soldiers in a never ending stream.

nothing really, i barely attach myself to any NPCs other then the ones a in half life, even mass effect's NPCS were nothing more then meat shields to protect me, no connection whatsoever. the saddest part was in EP 2 with that scene at the end, i wont spoil it.
You...you monster!

When Captain Price dies in Call of Duty 4. He was my favorite character!. I was certain he would make it through.

Kingdom Hearts was one big Tearjerker. especially the end of the first...

"Kairi, remember what you said before? I'm always with you, too! I'll come back to you. I promise!" "I know you will!"

This was accompanied by me shouting "HOW CAN YOU DO THAT TO THEM!?"

Some old WoW RP I did a good many months back (before the new expansion's reveal) in which my old Shaman Equani sacrificed himself to keep, and I quote from a prophet from the RP, "A terrible cataclysm from befalling all of Azeroth." It was an epic and moving moment for everyone there, and I lost one of my favorite characters as a result.

... It wasn't quite successful, was it?
And the Cataclysm still happened
