NEVAH! When the RNG god tells you to do something, you damn well do it to the best of your ability... or, I don't know, "decline" the role beforehand so that your death doesn't start off in vain... :p
I'll start liking them when they go well for me!

I believe you randomly pick between the people who were tied.

Alternatively, if you feel like being a dick, kill whoever you like less, and no one will ever be the wiser.

Not that I would ever actually recommend such an evil action. Heh...heheh...heh...

Pretending to be random, the GM's greatest trick...

Not that I have any experience in that, no siree.

Waiting to get home to play Inquisition. Final DLC out and I downloaded it last night.

Also I don't appear to be dead yet. Though I gather snekadid will randomize deaths today when he has time. Pretty sure I'm not one of the top two though so I should be safe anyways.

@Secondhand Revenant: ... .. Tell me. Is Inquisition worth playing? I remember when it first came out, people were praising it non stop but suddenly began hating it (for unknown reasons). So in your honest opinion, is it worst investing in the game at all?
Wouldn't say it's a definite buy. I enjoyed it, partially because I was quite into the series already. But it definitely kind of became a bit of a slog at points due to all the side quests and trying to completely explore the maps. Would have been less of a slog if I felt the side quests were a bit more... mmm... meatier I guess? I like being a completionist in these games and some of that was a pain.

Not to make it sound like I barely enjoyed it. I enjoyed it quite a bit. Just saying it really depends XD

@Secondhand Revenant: Hey you know what game makes every quest from side ones to main ones an epic experience? The Witcher 3.

That is a must buy, and i'm not even into the series at all. It's quite amazing how they managed to make every quest into something unique, to even put Skyrim's quests in shame. If you want to invest in an open world with rich lore, NPCs being fleshed out, and quests not being sloggish at all- buy that game trust me. But don't buy it for PC unless your PC is really beefy on the graphics / KB.
Oh I have Witcher 3. For some reason couldn't easily get myself to start it. Which isn't a comment on the game since that's prior to the start lol

For my personal tastes, Inquisition had entirely too much padding. It felt like 80% of my time was spent running around the map, collecting Elfroot (So much fucking Elfroot!) and checking boxes off uninteresting little collect-a-thons. But I have a very low tolerance for that sort of thing. I wasn't a big fan of the combat either, but I'm pretty old-school in that regard. I want full control, not this pants-on-head retarded party AI stuff. I'm just a bit of a traditionalist when it comes to RPGs.

Witcher 3 was much better. I mean, there's still a bit of padding with all of those question marks spread around the maps, but the missions themselves are all quite good. Writing is excellent as well, better than Inquisition in my opinion.

I'm really enjoying Shadowrun: Hong Kong at the moment. Cool missions, cool characters, cool setting. If you've enjoyed either of the previous Shadowrun games by Harebrained Schemes, I can heartily recommend this one.

Dude, didn't he tell you? You tied with yourself, so now he has to decide whether to kill you, or like, SUPER kill you.

I might actually have time for games again myself, what with a number of current works coming to an abrupt halt. D3 patch 2.3 for the first while I think, and then Fallout 4 when that rolls around. I kind of expected to pop my head out of my paperwork mound and see it out, fanpatched, officialpatched, fanfixedofficialpatch, and modded all to piss by the time I managed to get some free time again, so its kind of weird to have a little dry patch. Maybe I'll try to unlock some more Risk of Rain stuff.

On one hand, I'm alive! So I've got that going for me. On the other hand, my livingness implies that I may not, in fact, be kitty sempai's favorite. So I've got that not going for me. It is a true conundrum. Life, or the love of cat daddy.

Fun fact, I've seen this anime and clearly remember it despite not having watched or thought about it in... I'm gonna guess about 8 years. It was my introduction into the concept of girl porn given life in animation. It came up on a GIS of "kitty sempai"!

I've spent so long abroad for the glory of mother Russia. I miss it someones. I miss it so terribly sometimes. It just happens at times. I'll sit at my desk, McDonald's spread out before me for dinner, and I will cry. I do not know why. It is an honor to have been sent here - to be entrusted with such an important task but I cannot help it. The tears just come sometimes. Perhaps I simply miss the homeland too much.

But I still remember day Chairman sent for me personally. He'd sent his KGB agents to my quiet little laboratory to escort me to his office. He explained to me that for the glory of mother Russia I was to be sent to America. "To learn what those filthy swine were up to and crush them before they became a nuisance," as he had put it. I was overwhelmed. Happiness? Fear? I accepted this great honor of course and the tears began to grow in my eyes again.

At this the glorious Chairman reached over and place his hand on my shoulder, "I know this is difficult to leave your glorious homeland and live among such swine but know what wherever you go, however long you are away, no manner what you might call yourself - you are a true Russian, Comrade." At this he gave my shoulder a slight shake of encouragement and leaned in closer. "Remember what you do is for glory of mother Russia. It is great honor. Never forget that."

Overwhelmed by the glory of the great motherland I could barely reply, "For mother Russia!". The glorious Chariman gave a smile of approval and backed away. With a slight nod the KGB officer finally removed the barrel of his rifle from the back of my head and escorted me to the nearest airport.

At the memory I swallowed back my tears and went back to my work. Reporting back to the glorious motherland as I eat my fries no more salty than my own tears.

And then I learned I was to accompany my comrades on a glorious submarine. I was so excited. Finally a chance to spend time with my fellow comrades. No more of these Americans. For so I thought.

We soon learned there was an American spy in our midst. Finally all that time spent among those swine might pay off I had thought. If anyone could tell one of those filthy swine from a true comrade it would certainly be me, right? And so I examined each of my comrades closely looking for the American. I finally found one I suspected and I let the others know. They didn't seem to believe me and I watched in dismay as more of the corpses of your comrades piled up.

I continued to warn them. I pointed to my suspect and warned them but it seems they didn't believe me yet again. Soon a small mob had gathered outside my bunk as I slept. A few of my comrades pulled me from my bed. I awoke as I hit the ground.

"Comrades, what have you done this? Is something the matter?"
Their cold stares told me all I needed to know.
"No please comrades! What have I've done for the glory of mother Russia! What have I done to make you think I'm an American?"
"You use too many articles."
My mind went blank... I was silent as they escorted me to the weapons room. I didn't even struggle as they fit me into the narrow torpedo tube. One of the mob turned to me before closing the hatch. "Any last words?"

My mind still blank, I spoke the first thing that crept from my subconscious, "For mother Russia!" and with that I was launched into to cold dark ocean.

[HEADING=2]I was innocent![/HEADING]

Sorry about the long text. I had a concept and I just sort of went a bit crazy there. Normally I'd draft that up first and trim some of the fluff but I'm tired and I want to get this out tonight.

But seriously who the hell voted for me? Did the Trickster get involved? I figured I'd get some flak for accusing EvilRoyComrade(?) but to be executed? What the hell? You couldn't have possibly thought I was the Killer. Why the hell would I accuse someone and draw that much damn attention to myself?

Aw fuck me up the ass.

Have you ever been so certain of something, but then it turns out you were totally wrong? And the thing you were wrong about maybe lead to another persons death? But that person was trying to get your ass iced, so you don't, like, feel REALLY bad about it, but you were still wrong and that sucks? Didn't even have a role either. I got exactly nothing right on this one.

Shit.

Well I'm out of ideas. Would someone like to jump on top of resurrecting the spy so we maybe have a single clue about who to execute next?

My money is on Armadox and EvilRoy. I say we finally finish off EvilRoy since his theory was clearly false which leaves few choices.

Armadox just switched from pointing the finger at me to at Caramel which is a bit odd unless we take him as be saying things a bit randomly. Also pretty sure Frappe was not the one to take a long time to reply all things considered. Frappe also wad the only vote with DCJF for EvilRoy first round. So for it to be Frappe the lawyer and killer would have to have split votes.

Actually I'm leaning more towards Armadox after thinking about that. I'm up for Armadox or EvilRoy, whichever others want to vote for. Unified vote is best, it avoids this sudden out of the blue death of gritches.
