um... i'm australian so i basically know or care very little about the specifics of it all... i did however force myself to watch the video, and there are a few things that hit me... and feel free to correct me if i'm wrong...

isn't healthcare GOOD?! just because he's spending fuck loads of money, doesn't mean its screwing the economy... which links to the next thing...

SPENDING MONEY IS GOOD FOR A RECESSION!!! it's what you do to get out of a recession! i don't particularly see why people can't understand this...

again, i'm australian, and obama might actually be sending this money somewhere outside america... and really... you voted for the guy! wasn't the healthcare plan part of his campaign? complaining because he's actually fufilling an election promise seems a little strange...

Thank god I don't live there.
Really, I am somewhat convinced that Obama should drop health care in favor of education. It is clearly more necissary.
Socialism (an economic policy) being interchangable with Communism (An extreme left political ideology) and Fascism (An extreme right political ideology) is news to me. As someone who's read a fair portion of the bible I can say with some confidance that it doesn't at any point mention a Barack Obama being the anti-christ (in fact, the only book of gospel that would even state something so abstract is revolutions, and again I'd be willing to bet money that it doesn't).

Holy Shit! How do people get that stupid?! Seriously, it boggles my mind...it makes me angry as well to know that those morons inhabit the same planet as me; especially when they are voters in a nation that has a substantial amount of nuclear weapons.

Before I get really upset, I'm just going to say this as calmly as possible: No, everyone in America is not like that. No, we don't all disagree with nationalized health care. No, we aren't all misinformed idiots who think Obama is a terrorist or the anti-christ.

And anyone who thinks that every citizen in any given country believes in the same ideals as their extremist groups (who all get massive media attention, as opposed to all the non-extremists) is an idiot, too.
Most of britain recognises this to be true, its just that the idiots shout while the normals talk.

Oh goody a bunch of ignorant nerds who play games all day and then watch CNN headline news for 5 minutes and think they have any clue what-so-ever about the world outside.

You little ignorant idiots calling these protesters "dumb" etc. is extremely fucking laughable and I think you're a bunch of morons.
If you're going to rant please calm down, and think before you do. If you go off half cocked you're only going to make things worse. Trust me I'm talking from personal experience I used to do the same thing. just speak your peace calmly, and without insults and you'll come out on top. It's fine for you to be angry just don't let it get the best of you, because when anger gets the best of you, YOU are the one who looks ignorant.

So which one of these are you? Fundamentalist or Good?
I tend to agree with you on a few points here... and i'm a church-going catholic... i believe the rabbi from the 1st season of the west wing said it best "For all i know, the thinking [of the holy texts] reflected the best possible wisdom of its time, but it's just plain wrong by any modern standard" I'm not bashing religion here, i'm just agreeing with you that fundamentalists need to realise that society has evolved since the texts of any religion were written, and our interpretation of those texts need to do the same. clearly i'm not saying just chuck them out the window, there's much good knowledge in them, but yes, fundamentalists need to know that society is different now, with different values. (again, not bashing religion... not really promoting it either, so shh...)

That is sadly true, and part of the reason why I keep hearing that everyone in America hates the idea of nationalized health care and that we're misinformed in general. It drives me crazy, especially when people I believed to know better jump on that bandwagon.

Printing money that has nothing backing it is BAD for the economy. Wildly printing valueless money can and will lead to hyperinflation and an utter economic collapse.

No no. No chucking out anything of the window. These texts are still an important heritage of many religious beliefs. You can learn a lot of the history behind your religion from them and how it has evolved over the centuries.

The main issue for all religious people of any bible-reading branch (whether you be catholic or protestant) to always remember is the fact that the bible wasn't written by God. It was written by people. People can be wrong. God can't. God is supposed to be perfect, isn't he?

So all religious people really need to let God do the judgement and just stick to having faith in him doing the right thing in the end. Regardless of whether stem-cell research or abortions is okay by God or not, let him judge the people responsible for it in the end. If you feel in your heart that it is something God does not want you to do, then don't do it yourself, but don't judge or try to stop others from doing it. And if someone should say that God would be okay with these things and you consider them to be wrong about it, well then just agree to disagree.

In the end God is supposed to be forgiving and aware of our shortcomings. As long as you made your stand (for yourself that is, not for others) and kept your faith in God he'll most likely not hold little details against you. And you can be damn sure that those people who do deserve to go to hell, will be sent there in the end.

Quite simply, let God do God's work. Don't try to impress him by doing it for him. Just have faith in him and keep your faith between ONLY you and him and no one else, and everyone will be a lot happier with religious people (even the atheists... unless some of those atheists are complete dicks of course, but dicks will always be around, so just shut out their annoying voices and smile!) : )

I think someone forgot to take their happy-pills today? =D

Seriously though. I find it incredibly disturbing how much bollocks these people spout. Obama is hitler? He must have killed a few million of some random minority without me noticing then.
Repent and turn back to god, because 9/11 happened because not enough of us believe in him? Fuck off. 9/11 happened because terrorist fanatics flew several airplanes into the twin towers, you utter twat.

This particular breed of american needs to be purged. With fire. Bring your pitchforks and torches boys and girls, we're gonna have ourselves a tard hunt.

Is shit like this that makes me embarassed to be an American...and white.

One key note here. If these people claim to be Christian, and also claim Obama to be the Anti-Christ, shouldn't they be happy? Doesn't that mean that their lord and savior will soon return to take them to "heaven" (heaven for them being only for fat-stupid-bigoted shits) so that they...could be away...from the rest of us?

Holy shit now I hope he is the anti christ!

I kid of course. I know he isn't. The people in the video are just bitching because they want to find something, anything to make them look like the victims because what? The government wants to raise your taxes? You're American! You should know by now that freedom ain't free it costs a fucking fee, that fee is taxes stupid! It's what pays for things like roads, bridges, cops, firemen, paramedics, and even wars started by asshole presidents that you voted for in the past eight years. So shut up...ya hippies. X/

More strictly, about 35% of the country loved him, just under 30% of the country hated him, and nearly 40% didn't vote so presumably didn't give a damn.
