All I remember is it started in grade 5 and I don't think I learned a single useful thing from any of it. They taught me that I have penis, cool, I was well aware of that. Then they taught me certain parts of it had names, to which I replied "That was the most useful and practical information that has ever graced my ears." Then we learned that sex happens, and what can happen when it happens. I don't recall them ever telling us actually how to have sex though, but I think they did at some point. Of course by then everybody already had knew how to have sex. I don't remember any extreme graphic pictures.
It was kind of pointless for me, since I already knew everything they taught and then some thanks to the internet, and the answers to any question I had were more in depth and I was exposed to many different points of view instead of just my school's, which always leaned more toward preaching abstinence while simply dismissing condoms as "something that can fail." Well yeah... Condoms can fail. But so can the will to remain abstinent. So can basically every safegaurd you put on your life and well being. The possibility for it failing does not give you the grounds to quietly shove a perfectly effective way of protecting yourself under the carpet and quickly moving on to ABSTINENCE! IF PRACTICED CORRECTLY IT'S 100% EFFECTIVE ZOMG!
