Mine was pretty dull and started in 5th grad an continued till 9th it was for like 1 week ever year in school and it was worthless and a no brainier. 9th grade was a 9 week class it was great till we covered STD for 3 weeks ... it was like sex is good, it feels nice, but don't have sex or this might happen, such BS.

When we had our talk in highschool I was near delirious with the flu so I didn't pay much attention, managed to pick up the gist by myself later on.

your teacher actually told you to wank??? Damn my teachers would never do that.
She had a knack for being awkward and embarrassingly open. She always earnestly wanted to know how you were feeling, bit unnerving really. Another funny memory of the teacher was when she groped herself and said "these are breasts".

I, too, received "the talk" from my parents before sex ed.
now thats funny.

I actually taught a sex ed class when I was fifteen. I lived in a girls' group home, so they made a little money by teaching their girls these things, then dragging them to different places to give lectures.

I don't honestly remember much besides the skit where we had to wear different shirts to represent different STDs; the slideshow (where we showed off a picture of a penis with a genital wart the size of a HEAD OF LETTUCE. Nightmare fuel central), and learning how to put on a condom on a disturbingly lifelike dildo.

The worst I remember is going with this group to an all-boys' group home to present... only to find that the redheaded cousin who had made it clear that he wanted to sleep with me was living there. It was embarrassing as all hell to do the condom presentation... and even more so when he came up afterward, hugged me, and announced to everyone around that we were family.

All I remember is it started in grade 5 and I don't think I learned a single useful thing from any of it. They taught me that I have penis, cool, I was well aware of that. Then they taught me certain parts of it had names, to which I replied "That was the most useful and practical information that has ever graced my ears." Then we learned that sex happens, and what can happen when it happens. I don't recall them ever telling us actually how to have sex though, but I think they did at some point. Of course by then everybody already had knew how to have sex. I don't remember any extreme graphic pictures.

It was kind of pointless for me, since I already knew everything they taught and then some thanks to the internet, and the answers to any question I had were more in depth and I was exposed to many different points of view instead of just my school's, which always leaned more toward preaching abstinence while simply dismissing condoms as "something that can fail." Well yeah... Condoms can fail. But so can the will to remain abstinent. So can basically every safegaurd you put on your life and well being. The possibility for it failing does not give you the grounds to quietly shove a perfectly effective way of protecting yourself under the carpet and quickly moving on to ABSTINENCE! IF PRACTICED CORRECTLY IT'S 100% EFFECTIVE ZOMG!

All we really learned about was the science behind STDs. No scary pics of anal warts or anything, just the molecular biology. Nothing sexy at all either. We were like 16 and I was already having sex.

I got the general explanations of everything in grade 6 and it was repeated until grade 9 then the boys class learned in greater detail on the female genitalia and the girls learnt how to put on a condom. Perfect sense there.

I never made it to sex ed, I just looked at naughty movies and pictures online and figured it out from the lingo people were using on forums.

I had an awful experience in Sex Ed. I've always had a vivid imagination, and I eventually started getting a little queasy. I asked to be excused to the bathroom, but didn't want to throw up, so I just laid down near the door and relaxed. Shut my eyes. Someone must have seen me, though, because the next day everyone had the impression that I had fainted from attending Sex Ed.

So yeah. Fun times.

Most stuff pretty normal for sex ed class.
except for this one time we watched a 2 hour long movie about relationships, sex, etc.
Well actually it was a real movie (not a movie only about sex ed).
More like a romance film (i think it was just one of the teachers favourite movies so she showed us and told us to 'observe' the messages in it.).
But when the girl in the movie gave birth, it was one of my funniest memory ever.
Because the teacher and a few girls around her were crying hard, other girls were staring horrified and wide eyed at the screen, the guys were looking at it curious and paralyzed, one was with his eyes closed and me and my friend were just laughing out loud at everyone else.
It was sooo hilarious . XD

Part one: 5 weeks of STD photographs and in depth explaination.

Part Two: Close up of what appeared to be an unshaven 70's French porn star shoving a baby out of her naughty place.

No wonder I didn't get laid until I was 18...

When we were younger it was just health stuff. In middle school we learned about how fetus grew and stuff and we watched a live birth (it still haunt's me to this day). In high school we got the "ABSTINENCE ABSTINENCE ABSTINENCE" "HERE IS WHAT HAPPENS AFTER UNPROTECTED SEX, STD!!!!" stuff. Thank god that was only for a little, then we learned about condoms and other stuff. The high point was when someone asked in the question box "What does Jizz taste like?" and our teacher answered. Since she was hot it was kinda awesome but weird at the same time

grade four was what the organs look like and how the baby grows but we were all laughing our asses off with words like penis and clitoris.
in grade six they showed us more and by grade seven they were saying don't have sex before your married otherwise you will go to hell. (yeah catholic schools)
and in grade nine we watched a movie on animals doing the deed and a woman giving birth TWICE!!! once in science and again in religion so if you did not have the both in one semester by the time you got over it the first time you got to watch it again!

We had to watch a video of the lower half of a black bear vomiting a dozen liters of chili and a human fetus.

Oh wait, it was called "The Miracle of Life"?
Oh, I remember "The Miracle of Life". I don't know if we watched the same version (ours was pretty old) but the main parts I remember about it were: infrared vision of an erection, sperm-o-vision (what a sperm would see as it is going through the penis, pretty sure it was the real thing), a penis ejaculating in a vagina, the different stages of a fetus, and a women giving birth.

For sex ed in general it was merely a section in our Health Class. I had it in 8th grade and 10th. Since it was part of health we learned stuff about sex but we also learned about nutrition and smoking and shit like that. Nothing that memorable about it except it was sort of awkward for me when it came to the sex stuff. That and "The Miracle of Life" video.
